This home is splendid on every level! The Hosts were super responsive, very nice people, and the house is even better than in the photos! Both inside and out. From the furniture to the kitchen to the absolutely beautiful, and Very Large balconies…this special home is surrounded on 3 sides by Water!! So you get a Sunrise and Sunset view each day!! Pretty Magical! Nature is everywhere…so many different bird calls, and the Osprey Family Nest with Mama, Papa and Baby Osprey is in full view from inside of the house and on both the Upper Balcony off the Main Bedroom as well as the Lower Balcony off the kitchen and screened Patio. It provided hours of peaceful entertainment! All of this surrounded by manicured lawns, with golf course views. It’s the best of both worlds! I very much look forward to staying again!

Awesome house with beautiful yard to enjoy the local wildlife.

We loved our stay. The house is very clean and well appointed. It is in the most beautiful location on the water in Punta Gorda that is also nicely walkable to town. We would love to stay here again.

Keith Saved our Trip!! Our prior reservation with another host was suddenly canceled 3 hours before a Friday check in. Luckily this property was still available, and Keith responded very quickly to confirm our reservation. The pool and landscaping were nicer at this property too though the house location was slightly further from the beach. Bathrooms and Kitchen are relatively new upgrades which showed well. We also enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee. For beach goers, we were worried that the parking garage at Vanderbilt beach would be overloaded on the weekend but that wasn't the case on Sat or Sun (recommend getting there early -- we arrived @ 9:30am both days). Be ready for a very crowded beach though. We found the Turtle Club for lunch and cocktails which was a great break from the busy beach. Overall about what we expected and were very pleased with finding this house on such short notice.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Troy's property. Everything was perfect. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was immaculate and heated! The book of instructions had all the information we needed. Troy always responded promptly to our messages. We definitely will book a stay again for a longer period of time in the future!

I had a really nice stay. Mayelin and her husband where very responsive and very friendly. I work out of town and it is always great to meet and have a conversation with friendly people. They made me feel right at home. Their place was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I would like to say Thank You for providing me with such a nice friendly place to stay.

John’s place was cute and cozy and a great fit for our family of five. Little details like lots of extra throw blankets, plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels were a nice touch. The backyard was our favorite place to be-from mornings with coffee to afternoons in the pool to evenings with the ambience of hanging lights. Great spot and conviennent to shops and beach. Felt more like a home and less like a bare bones AirB&B. Would recommend this little gem!

The Azalea house was wonderful ! Ray & Rebecca were the best hosts! They were responsive & it was obvious they care about their guests . All the extras were great ! There were 2 types of coffee pots & the kitchen was stocked with all the needed items & more! There were beach chairs & bikes ! Having access to a washer / dryer was appreciated. The home was extremely clean & well-kept . The fabulous pool was the cherry on top ! We will definitely stay at this home again !
