La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Apartment close to the harbour of Port de Sóller

Recently renovated apartment in the heart of the fishing village area. Located on a second floor the apartment offers the best views of the harbour. Sunny all year around and in a quiet area within walking distance to all facilities. The apartment has two bedrooms, although the second one is very small and totally ok for small children. The bedroom has a large bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and access to the front terrace. The pool is shared with a second apartment of the house.
