Port d'Alcúdia : locations de villas de vacances

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt, es war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Umgebung und der Markt zum Einkaufen ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Super ist auch der Pool oder auch die Bucht zum Baden. Man muss das Auto nicht unbedingt benutzen, was uns im Urlaub wichtig ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

het huisje was bij aankomst nog mooier als op de foto's, wat een plek! prachtige tuin/boomgaard, verse sinaasappels, citroenen en grapefruits. Kinderen waren niet uit het zwembad te krijgen, wij zaten hier vanaf 21 april 2025, 9 dagen. Door het heerlijke weer veel buiten. grote ruime keuken, en mega woon en eetgedeelte. Onze dochter noemde het huis van binnen een museum, veel oude schilderijen en meubels. De bank zat heerlijk en een mega tv. Veel gekko's om het huisje gezien. Roofvogels die over vliegen. Zwembad werd in onze week 2 x gecheckt, op het erf is een tuinman aan het werk, hier merk je niks van vriendelijke man!

The pictures don’t do enough to showcase how beautiful this home is. It’s surrounded by orchards and farms and completely private. One thing to note is the host lives on the property and shows up to the house from time to time. The pool even though heated doesn’t get very warm and can be a bit chilly for evening swims. There are also explicit photos and books around the house. We didn’t mind them, but some might. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this home! It’s very peaceful and was the perfect stay for us!

Ingesamt hatten wir einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in der Finca. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität und alles vor gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren nur mit 4 Personen in der Finca, allerdings gibt es mehr als genug Geschirr und Handtücher, sodass diese auch für 6 Personen mehr als ausreichend sein sollten. Ein Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Kaffeemaschine: Es gibt keine Nespresso (Kapsel) Kaffemaschine sondern nur eine wirklich sehr langsame Filterkaffeemaschine. Ein Durchlauf hat 1 Stunde gedauert, diese sollte man austauschen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war eher schwierig, Antworten sind nur sehr spärlich oder erst auf Nachfrage erfolgt. Der Check-In und Check-Out an sich war umkompliziert, Schlüssel wurde in Schlüsselbox hinterlegt.

Really enjoyed our stay amongst the lovely backdrop of the hills

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.

a great villa with nice gardens and pool with decent aircon. the only negative was i would have liked a dish cloth to wash up the pans with but ending up buying some for the next guests.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, 5 und 8 für 10 Tage im Haus. Wir hatten unfassbar schöne Tage und würden immer wieder kommen. Wir haben das Haus und die Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir als Familie würden immer wieder kommen und hoffen das wir das Haus im nächsten Jahr Wiedersehen werden. Danke für alles und viele Grüße von uns .

Eight friends stayed for a week and we absolutely loved the villa. Literally across the road from the sea for those that wanted to swim and use the paddle board, with the added bonus of our own pool in the back garden. The location is literally a stroll away from bars and restaurants yet still peaceful. The rooftop was brilliant for an evening bbq or sunbathe. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you Joan!

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette superbe maison. Nous étions 8 adultes et la maison offre tout le confort nécessaire pour que chacun se sente à l'aise. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et parfaitement équipés ! La maison est spacieuse, chaque chambre est d'une belle taille, pareil pour les 3 salles de bain. La salle de jeux au sous sol a été apprécié quand les températures étaient un peu plus fraîches. L'accueil de Valérie était très chaleureux et souriant ! Nous avons eu une visite de la maison, puis des recommandations sur les commerces alentours, les restaurants etc ... Valérie est restée joignable tout au long de notre séjour. Nous allons garder de très beaux souvenirs de cette villa !

Lovely villa, wonderful pool which is great for young children. Lots of places to congregate as a group inside and outside, including an outside wood-fired oven. Easy 20 minutes walk into Alcudia which has good restaurants and beach with a shallow sea for paddling and swimming. Virginia is very responsive when needed and very friendly and helpful.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt zu dritt in dieser Finca und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt zu Estefania war sowohl vorab als auch vor Ort sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Ein Auto ist definitiv zu empfehlen, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 10 Minuten entfernt liegt. Die Ausstattung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einige Lebensmittel des täglichen Bedarfs (z.B. Wasser, Kaffee) vor. Auch eine Grundausstattung an Haushalts- und Hygieneartikeln war vorhanden. Einzig Küchenrolle mussten wir selbst besorgen. Das Haus und der Garten gefielen uns sogar noch besser als auf den Fotos. Trotz bis zu 30°C Außentemperatur im Oktober war es im Inneren angenehm kühl. Ein Kritikpunkt in der Küche – sie ist auch tagsüber recht dunkel, und die vorhandenen Lampen spenden nur wenig Licht. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir absolut weiterempfehlen können!

Świetny, duży i praktyczny dom, dobrze wyposażony a przede wszystkim bardzo czysty i pachnący. Cisza, prywatność i przyroda 360°. Duzy czysty basen, zadbane podwórko. Na dzieci czekały w domu przekaski. Valeria i właściciel domu sa bardzo mili i dyspozycyjni za każdym razem. Jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni i napewno wrócimy. Polecamy. Dziękuję za wszystko

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. All you can hear is goat bells and birds. The place is very remote which we loved. Villa is well thought out eg bedrooms away from pool. Pool was fab - love the water jet and bubbles too. We paid for it to be heated (30 degrees). Incredible sunset every night we were there. Large property and outside grounds. We have a 1 and 4 year old. The set up worked well for us. Nearest supermarket is 20/25 min drive. Nearest beach is 25 mins drive. King sized bed in each room. We also used the cot which was in very good condition. Saw previous review about bees. No issues for us and not a single mosquito bite. Large covered outside area. Enjoyed using the bbq - there is a sink and fridge outside Loved the warm outside shower. There were stairs with no stair gate but our toddler was ok. There are a lot of doors which can be opened from inside (no key needed). Too heavy for 1 year old but 4 year old could open them. We will definitely return!

The house we booked (Casa Marga) was not available the day we arrived in Mallorca with 6 adults and 2 kids - water damage. We were shocked at first, but host Mallorca and especially Antonia got an even bigger house for us (Casa Eresta). It was cleaned quickly and we could check in that afternoon. The house was older, big pool, wonderful landscape and even our own tennis court. The price would have been too high for us. We had a very nice week and Antonia did everything in her power to make us comfortable. The house was still cold after the winter, lots of mosquitos and the dishes were not very clean. But the house was still great and we would gladly come again. Thank you Antonia! Inge and family

Amazing house in a really lovely location, I would say the photos don’t do this house justice. The interiors are charming, it was super clean and the outside areas are perfect. You can hear cockerels crowing and not much else. The pool is great for children with a shallow end, the outside seating area is lovely with a dining table and sofas which we used a lot. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need. The location is off the main road but quiet. We walked most mornings to the closest supermarket which was about 10 mins and had everything we needed, lovely fresh bread, fruit and pastries. In the evening we walked into Port de Pollenca which is about 25 mins to the seafront and then you can walk along the beach walk so approximately 35 minutes to the main square and front where all the restaurants are. Buggy’s are a must with young children! Domingo was an amazing host, nothing was a problem. He was very helpful and polite. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

We had a 7 night stay here for a cycling holiday. It was excellent location wise, the facilities were good, beds comfortable, kitchen and washing facilities were also good and used daily. We would return again in an instant.

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

We had a great stay at Catalina’s villa - it was very quiet and peaceful but only a short walk into Puerto Pollenca and very easy to get to by car. The villa itself was lovely - spacious and really well equipped, and David and his father (and their dog!) were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it for a stay in Mallorca!

Great property. Our whole group felt at home. Very clean and spacious. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Safe and quiet location. Resturants, bars, shops and beach 5 mins walk away. Alcudia old town 15-20mins walk.

We had a fantastic stay (3 families with little children between 2 and 5 yrs old). The house is big, well equipped (we really appreciated the toys for the beach) and the fence for the pool (that we didn’t use due to the weather). Port of pollenca is very nice : plenty of restaurants, lots of playgrounds on the beach, beautiful beaches nearby (formentor) ! Thanks Tony for your help as well when we arrived quite late to find the crib. Best Alberto

We had a wonderful stay at Xisco's Finca. The pool is just superb and the Finca itself was really nice. Xisco was easy to communicate with and greeted us in the beginning to show us around. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. Thanks again Xisco.

If you are looking for a quiet location within a short distance of both Pollensa and Port de Pollensa then this place is ideal. It's a clean well set out Villa with a modern kitchen and outside there's a lovely garden with a nice size pool with multiple seating areas. The villa faces south so you get the open sun all day and great views over the adjacent hills. The road leading to the villa is quite narrow and comes to a dead end not far past the villa so there's very little passing traffic, and the neighbourhood when we were there was very quiet so ideal for us. The host was very proactive with communications and pleasant to deal with. All in all a lovely place and would use again.
