Over 100 years old, this was originally a mechanics garage used to repair cars racing the beach. Now it’s a lovely two bedroom retreat. Just steps from the ocean and in the middle of all that St Augustine Beach has to offer. Whether you are enjoying the view of the ocean off the master bedroom deck or relaxing after a day at the beach this will be your home away from home. This apartment has two bedrooms and one bath on the upper level, the full kitchen and living space is downstairs.

The downstairs unit of our family beach house has 3 bed/ 2 baths and a comfortably furnished open kitchen- living room. Everything is on one level! You can see the back yard from the kitchen through the glass doors which makes it also perfect for families with small kids who like to play outside. We leave the entire outdoor area for our guests, incl. deck, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, dining table and charcoal grill. No dogs allowed! Tyga our friendly cat lives upstairs and outside.
