Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans ce logement très agréable et très bien aménagé. Très bien situé, à quelques pas de la mer et proche de la vieille ville, à voir absolument. La gare est située à quelques minutes de l’appartement ainsi que des magasins et restaurants. Hastings est une très jolie ville, parfaite pour visiter la région!

Fantastic place to stay & Siobhan is lovely and very helpful. Lovely area, nice & quiet. Yet close to the pier (15 mins) and you can walk to central Brighton in 20 mins. The bed is very comfortable too! Lovely personal touches. We would highly recommend!

Perfect location with the beach less than 5 minutes away local shops less than 10 minutes away, and the town centre around 15 minutes away, once you park up you don't need to use your car. Peaceful with everything you need. A lovely garden, with a wooden cabin to use.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an amazing place! We've never felt so comfortable away from home. I could have packed far less as pretty much everything was provided for☺️Charlie and Richard were very proactive in contacting us and making sure we had all the information that we needed before arrival. The house was ready earlier than expected and we were informed of this so had the choice to check-in earlier. They provided dog beds, treats, milk and a bottle of bubbly which were such special touches gratefully received. Parking permits were a bonus too. Charlie and Rich reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. We were central to everything and Brighton is so dog friendly. We would recommend them as fantastic hosts and will definitely be back 💯 xx

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

This is a fantastic setting. It has a view I could never tire of, with huge skies and fantastic sunsets. We had lambs just on the other side of the small waterway just outside the deck, which was a bonus! There were lots of different birds and wildlife to see without leaving home. The beach is just a short walk away and there are many places of interest to visit which are a short drive away, including Winchelsea Village, which is beautiful Rye and Dungeness. The place itself is brilliant value. It's clean and comfortable and everything you need. I wish we could stay longer and can't wait to be back. Sara was a great host and came back very quickly to answer queries.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

This was our second stay. The home is spacious and has great amenities, spotlesslyclean too. The local beach is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Dan's place. The house is gorgeous and super comfortable. It's quiet and relaxing, and the bath and sauna were lovely. Everything was flawlessly clean and in perfect shape. Dan was wonderful - friendly, helpful, easy to reach. We really appreciated his offer for an early check in and late check out. And of course the milk and treats that greeted us on our arrival. We would absolutely recommend this spot, and hope to come back soon!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Family weekend Six adults and five grandchildren- there was plenty of space. We all love being able to walk straight on to the beach.

Fantastic host. Amazing communication and just the best location Beautiful lay out and thoughtful games and books for kids which was a lovely plus. Would highly recommended and will be returning.

We've been doing self-catering for decades and this is now top of our list. Our welcome package was a generous and thoughtful assortment of seasonal goodies, catering for both adults and little ones. We didn't venture far from the house as the children were more than happy with the beach at the front and the large back garden; the icing on the cake was hearing the toot toot of the little steam train and running to the end of the garden to wave as it chugged past. Jo was so flexible with arrival and departure times. That extra couple of hours on the final day meant we could end our holiday with a lie-in and a leisurely family breakfast, rather than the usual frantic rush. The house is tastefully furnished and well stocked with children's toys. It's very dog -friendly too, with treats, blankets and a safe garden for a runaround. I would highly recommend the Beach House.

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.
