Gabriela's beach house was so beautiful and the views were unbelievable! Right on the beach and the house had plenty of space for my family and I. She was very responsive as well! I would definitely stay again!

Gagans property was lovely. It was spacious, clean and in a nice area. It had plenty of parking for the guest a long with a very small walk to the beach! I would highly recommend staying if you have a large group, this place can fit 14 people comfortably! Gagan was extremely responsive and flexible when we asked for a later checkout time. He was not hesitant and responded very quickly. Thank you Gagan!

Great place for a family gathering at the beach. Lots of room and it is conveniently located. We were there on a very wintry April weekend, but if the weather had been nicer we were just a short walk to the beach. We would stay there again.

Beautiful views overlooking river and waterways, with all essential amenities on main level. Home has full set of utensils and pots/pans for cooking in modern and newly renovated kitchen. Beds and mattresses were comfortable. Responsive host. Highly recommend for a family vacation, especially if in the summer when weather is warmer. If I travel to Portsmouth area again, I would stay here again.

I absolutely loved. The place I truly felt like I was at home. Being with children is a hassle to begin with but the place truly accommodated my family. It being freezing cold outside I still was able to walk to the beach. She was really friendly and such a sweet person. I would 110% go back.

Adorable home, it’s older so a few quirks, the A/C didn’t work in the master and it’s very very bright early in the morning. The porch is fantastic, the location can’t be beat for beach access. It’s the perfect size for 4 people. Highly recommend!

We had the best time at Nicks! Very clean. Basically a full kitchen and had two sleeping options. Beautifully decorated. Loved all the attention to detail and thoughtful extras. There were even games to play and extra cleaning basics to use. Great location. Loved the outdoor pool and proximity to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. We’ve been coming to Hampton for decades and this was one of our favorite places to stay by far. I think this set up would be good for any family group or close friends, but wanted to highlight how ideal it was with two toddlers (since those great places for this age aren’t always easy to come by). Additionally, Nick was very friendly and helpful and easily reachable. Highly recommend this gem.

My family and I were fortunate enough to spend the thanksgiving holiday here. It was the perfect space for a group gathering. Would highly recommend!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

Great space. Loved that it was dog friendly. My older lab appreciated the amount of space! Kids enjoyed themselves and the neighborhood was quiet and the few people we ran into were very friendly.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays here. The hosts decorated for the holidays and it was lovely! The home was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. The appliances including the washer/dryer were all very new. I definitely recommend this property!

Shannon's getaway was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including extra beach towels and it was such a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. It was very clean and well maintained. The area was quiet and from the porch we could see and hear all of the cool cars cruising around. Shannon was very responsive and gave easy instructions to find parking and getting into the place.

Our stay at Giuseppe’s home in Gloucester Ma, was worth the cost, the home was spotless, very cozy and quiet, we all loved everything the home had to offer. We will definitely recommend Giuseppe’s home to anyone we know that will be traveling to Gloucester. We couldn’t have asked for much more, I reached out to Giuseppe a couple different oceans he responded promptly and had an answer for me immediately. Thank you for making my wife and I and our friends feel comfortable and right at home. We will be in touch for our next trip out there.

We had a great family weekend at this beautiful home! It was clean and comfortable. Nicole gave clear instructions, and was responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The beach is a short walk which is great, even in the winter. We loved the video games, multiple TVs. Our 12 year old woke us up at 5:30 am to check out the sunrise from the lookout tower, which was phenomenal! The kids loved the secret bookcase entry into their room. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. Kitchen was well equipped and functioned well for lots of cooking. Don’t miss Angry Donut for a morning out, Agave for great Mexican inspired food, and Stone Crust for delicious pizza!

Très belle et grande maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires et même plus. Les pièces sont gigantesques et il y a vraiment de la place pour tout le monde. On n’a manqué de rien: serviettes, serviettes de plage, draps, oreillers, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle, essuie-tout, papier de toilette. On avait même une réserve supplémentaire. Il y a deux chambres principales avec leur salle de bain attenantes et deux chambres avec de multiples lits qui partagent une salle de bain commune. En plus d’une salle de lavage et d’une salle d’eau. Située à North Beach, loin du tumulte de Hampton Beach, la plage est très tranquille avec une ambiance familiale et elle se situe à 5 min de marche. On trouve une épicerie et de petits restaurants à 5 min de voiture. Il y a un petit balcon avec un BBQ qui donne sur une magnifique vue du coucher de soleil sur le marais. Seul bémol: on aurait apprécié avoir plus de place et de chaises pour en profiter à l’extérieur. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons.

Accommodation: We stayed at Mary Lou's house that truly felt like home. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living spaces were tastefully decorated, combining comfort with a cozy beach vibe. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare our own meals. We loved that there were ample supplies like spices and condiments, which made cooking feel effortless. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. Each room had its own unique touches, adding to the overall charm. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as plenty of towels, beach gear, and even games for family nights. Overall, the house provided all the conveniences we needed, creating a relaxing environment where we could unwind after a day of exploring the island. It really felt like a home away from home! Pictures didn't do the home justice-Even better in person!

The Cottage was adorable and in a fantastic location! Cindi and Bruno were very responsive and proactively provided all the information you could possibly need.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

We enjoyed our rental it fit our family weekend perfectly. The house was nice, comfortable, and conveniently located. Darin and Carol were responsive and easy to communicate with.
