Had an amazing stay with Pavel. Was very clean and space felt like home. Pavel was very friendly and never hesitated to help when needed. 10/10 stay and when back in Winnipeg will stay again.

This was a great place to stay. It’s well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Host is very accommodating and quick to respond. If we need a place to stay or some friends needs to stay would probably recommend and will definitely come back!

As expected, big open lovely space in great location. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Very unique place, will be staying again for sure! Only downside for us was inability to block the stairs coming up to the main floor for our 1 year old with a baby gate, but they did provide a baby gate for the stairs to the top floor. I don't think the pictures actually showed how great the big deck is with ample patio furniture, it was a wonderful surprise :)

We had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely: clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of dishes, cutlery, and supplies (paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), which made it perfect for our large group. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table and the beautiful location by the lake. The hosts were thoughtful and accommodating throughout and quick to respond to any questions we had. The only minor challenges were that the house was a little warm at times and some rooms could use blinds to block the early morning light, but these were very small issues compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at Marvin's place while in Winnipeg for a tournament. We are a family of 5 so we wanted something more spacious than a basic hotel room. Marvin's place exceeded our expectations. His property is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. There's so much space to spread out and relax, my kids enjoyed the pool table, we all enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair. The home is very clean and well cared for. The furniture provides a very comfortable home-like feeling. The entire house was well stocked with everything you could think of....just like home! The home is in a quiet and peaceful community, Headingley which is beautiful. There's a really good restaurant, The Headingley Grill close by as well as a small grocery store and ice cream store. Marvin responded almost immediately when I messaged him. There were no concerns I was messaging him about, just to let him know we arrived and when we left. We will definitely be back!
