Pleasure Island : locations de vacances

The condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location we were right on the beach. There were multiple great restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as a tiki bar .7 mile away to the right and 2 miles to the left. We loved sitting out in the chairs on the balcony and watching the sun come up and going up on the roof in the evening and watching the sunset behind us! We actually went to several of their recommended restaurants, nearby, and almost all of them we could walk to. We did not need a rental car to stay at this property, which was awesome. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Carolina Beach.!

10/10!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sound-side waterfront property. The location was ideal - just a 6-7 minute walk to the pier/beach and adjacent to the 2.5-mile "loop" walking path. The pet-friendly policy was perfect for us, allowing access to the property's essentially private beach area where there are paddle boards and kayaks. During the summer dog restrictions on public beaches, this private access was invaluable for our furry companion. The unit features large windows that maximize the incredible views. The interior was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The kitchen/living area opens to a spacious porch - the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The beverage fridge did a great job of maintaining a consistent 36-degree temperature. Jarrod & Jennie are fantastic hosts - quick to respond and embodying that quintessential good-vibes attitude you'd hope for at the beach! Blue Surf is ideal for couples, with or without pets

we had a lovely stay in this beach house. there are a lot of stairs, but the elevator was amazing for suitcases and for a dog that traveled with us that had a bad hip. There was a ton of space to hang out or spend time in your rooms. The balconies were lovely to see the ocean and to get a breeze in the house. The walk to the boardwalk was also a nice thing to do to spend time and overall just a really lovely home to stay in.

The house is in the perfect location to be able to walk to and from the beach and at a great price! Everything we could have needed was available to us and accurately explained before check-in

We had such a good time at After Dune Delight celebrating our son’s first birthday. The place looks exactly like the photos and is super convenient to walk to the beach. The north end is very quiet, which was great although it was the off season so I’m sure it picks up. Having two patios was great for being able to sit outside even while the kid naps. Always love being able to bring our dog on trips, too! Highly recommend the north end mini mart for cheap breakfast sandwiches and the BARge at the CB Yacht Club for drinks. We’ll be back!

Great condo, ocean views, large pool with comfortable seating. My 10 and 7 year old boys enjoyed our stay. Great to have the pool as an option when the wind off the beach got too much. My only complaint is that AirBnB puts the location right off the main rotary when it’s actually over a mile. That is a long walk with young kids. The apartment is well decorated, cozy, and ocean views are the best. If you use the top bunk, check to make sure the sheets are on. I went take the sheets off at checkout and realized they had never been put on, all folded in the corner, my kid never complained. We would stay again

Cathy's place was the perfect spot for a Christmas vacation for 5 humans and 2 dogs! The decor was updated and had all the amenities you could need, with plenty of space to cook meals and play games. The beds were super comfy and I really appreciated having blinds and curtains in the bedrooms that let me sleep past sunrise, I know this is challenging at most beach houses with lots of windows! We were super close to the beach and restaurants (Granny's had the BEST biscuits). The fenced backyard was great for the dogs, and the nearby dog park, greenway path, and state park kept us all entertained. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

This was one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! The host reached out the day before to see when we were checking in to make sure they were around just in case we had any issues (and left the lights on for us since we arrived late). The apartment smelled so clean when we walked in and had a basket of snacks and fridge with drinks for us to enjoy- as well as two little ice cream cups in the fridge! They also printed out the weekly weather report for our stay and had lots of brochures and maps with recommendations. At some point during the trip, the host even messaged to say their landscapers were scheduled to come by and do our area of the yard to ask if we were comfortable with that and offered to cancel for the sake of our privacy, which was above and beyond! Overall, the whole stay was amazing and the hosts thought of everything we would need to have a wonderful trip! We can’t wait to go back!!

My daughter and I got away to the beach for a short stay and Kristin's place was perfect. From the first breath of freshness to the buttery sheets, the space was immaculate. But the most stunning part was the view! Coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise... chef's kiss! We loved the free parking, because we didn't need to go anywhere and the very short walk to the sand and surf was great!
