Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

This place was so comfortable and so well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The deck out front is perfect. You can see the water through the two houses in front of you. Close to the beach very easy to walk to. Bathroom and bedrooms were very comfortable. The area itself was very safe.lots of great restaurants in this area. Kim reached out at one point to let us know there was a kite festival going on at the beach, which I thought was very nice of her. I definitely would rent from her again.

Overall the place was very nice. We liked that it was just a short walk to the beach access and Publix was like 7 minutes away by car. The kids loved the pullout bed. The space was cozy, clean and had plenty of amenities.

Everything was wonderful. It was perfect for our girl trip. The location was absolutely perfect and everything was walking distance. The place was also super great and easy to get to/find. It was such wonderful views from the condo. We truly enjoyed how short the walk to the beach was and sitting out on the deck in the morning and evening listening the waves. Dave and Nikki checked in and made sure we were good the entire time and provided all the information we could need. Highly recommend their place. Would definitely return.

We had a relaxing stay! The location is great. Quiet beach area. Walking distance to The Lazy Turtle and KoKo Cabana for beachfront food/drinks. Beautiful sunsets each evening!

It was a beautiful cozy home!! Exactly what you expect to see from pictures very clean very nice!! Recommend 100 percent!!

Great location, between the marina & across the street from the ocean. Within walking distance to restaurants & the boardwalk. I thought the place was a little small for the $425/night cost (after all of the fees were calculated), but it worked out just fine for our short stay. Host accommodated us rescheduling due to the hurricane, so I was definitely happy about that!

The place was as described, a great deal and right in the ocean's edge. Amanda's responded quickly when we reached out with a question.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The price was very fair for what you get. There were great spots nearby to fish, which we really enjoyed, and plenty of good restaurants just a short drive away. Tons of things to do in the area, and it was very kid-friendly, which made it easy to keep the whole family happy. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back! Heather was a great host.

We had such a great stay here! The place was perfect for us and our dog—super cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The location was amazing—literally just a block from the beach like the listing says, and not too far of a walk to the boardwalk either. The house had all the basics (wife thought it was very cute!!) plus some fun extras like board and card games, which was a nice touch. The hosts were great—really clear instructions for checking in and out, and they gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. Definitely felt like it was worth what we paid. Would totally stay here again!

We had a great time at Cam's place! perfect location for restaurants and all the sights. we wish we had more than one night here. you can hear the bar downstairs but with the provided ear plugs and sound machine we had no trouble sleeping at all. A beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at this wonderful little beach bungalow! It is in a perfect location, very walkable to a ton of great spots in CB. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back!!

Great Location! We always enjoy visiting Wilmington! This location is in easy walking distance of all of the great restaurants! It's great being in a residential area because the noise level is lower, but the convenience is fantastic! We would highly recommend it when visiting Wilmington!

This was our second time staying at Greg’s place. My husband and I enjoyed our long holiday weekend here. It had everything we needed and was so conveniently located. We definitely would stay again!

We stayed for a full week and it was perfect! We loved being right there on the water listening to the waves! Beautiful place!

Sunni's place was convenient, pretty clean, and had stunning views. There were towels and linens for four people, and Sunni was very responsive. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again for the convenience, views, and beach access alone. Sunni was also very kind.

Nearly everything in the unit is remodeled or new. We really loved the decor. The unit itself is easy to find and in a nice location close to walking distance of the main strip. The beach in front of the unit is also in a great location and was not very crowded. The owner even includes beach chairs for you to use. One of the nice touches of the unit is that there is a ring camera located outside the door. This does allow for some security but could possibly help preventing unit from being misused. I’ve found that units that have more accountability tend to be better quality. Mike is very friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this unit.

This condo was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway! The home was clean and in a perfect location. The only downfall was the guest bedroom that has the bunk beds, didn’t have a ceiling fan for our little one. Other than that, it was perfect and we loved staying here!

We loved our stay and being able to walk to the beach. Our favorite was watching sunset from the balcony.

Relaxing, family friendly location! The neighborhood was mostly quiet, and felt safe. Helpful directions and instructions in preparation of our stay, and the hosts were very responsive which was a relief. Having the beach right outside was amazing, and many places were walkable. Wish we had stayed longer!
