Filippo is nice and helpful and exchange the CUP with us with the ratio 1 : 125 with US dollar. The place is exactly in the old Havana and it is really easy to walk to places of interest.

They help you take care of each detail, ensuring you’re set for arrival, transport, on-site breakfast, dining options nearby, city tips (do’s and don’t do’s), as well as the most important part of all when staying in a cuban “casa particular”.. They make you feel like family. Be prepared to feel welcomed, with help with all different aspects of the cuban culture, as well as having the the ultimate home at your disposal for groups, and the space needed to host many sizes of parties at the illustrious Casa Fly. I travel all over the world, and have the opportunity to stay many places with many hosts. You are guaranteed to find the best of the best in Maite and Mauro, and Casa Fly in Miramar!

Muchas hablan a cerca de Cuba, que hay pobreza e injusticias sociales y eso es cierto, pero yo quiero hablar de un país con una arquitectura única y hermosa, de un país lleno de historia y lugares maravillosos que valen toda la pena conocer, esta casa ubicada en el centro de La Habana, dotada con todo lo necesario para que los visitantes disfruten, conozcan y vivan una gran experiencia. Como si esta maravillosa experiencia fuera poco lo trascendental y maravilloso lo hace su anfitrión César y su pareja Olaysis, fueron incondicionales con nosotros, nos hicieron excelentes recomendaciones. Estuvieron atentos a cada una de nuestras inquietudes; así que si alguien desea ir a Cuba vayan tranquilos y hospedense en esta preciosa casa, pero no olviden exigir que César sea su anfitrión el realmente hace la diferencia. Mi familia y yo los llevaremos por siempre en nuestro corazón.

A beautiful colonial house in the city of Old Havana! We were two couples who stayed there for 3 nights. Ivan, our host proactively asked about our flight and arrival time and had everything prepared for our arrival. Upon arrival we were greeted by Amarylis who helps Ivan with the house and was very nice and helpful by giving us tips for food and drinks in the neighborhood. The best thing about this house is its location. Literally within walking distance to bars, restaurants and city landmarks. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Ivan’s place for your stay in Havana Vieja!

My boyfriend stayed at Amarili’s before his flight early in the morning. He described Amarili as lovely - Provided great service, felt comfortable, was clean and safe. Amarili gave him her undivided attention and helped provide him with a ride early in the morning (3am) to airport. Wonderful stay. We will be back together ❤️ thank you for your hospitality!

The place was sooo clean everything was as listed, the location was great very close to a really good bakery and cafe which came in clutch for breakfasts and also really close to restaurants but still gave you an authentic Cuban feel. Within walking distance of the capitol which is very coinvent transportation wise. She communicated clearly and was very helpful even though she's not fluent in English we communicated just fine. She even agreed to pick me up and drop me back to the air airport as my flight times were a bit strange. Ten out of ten would recommend.

Ricardo was super helpful and friendly. very responsive to any questions I had and made everything very easy. AC in the main bedroom worked well. Having fridge sticked with cold drinks for a price ($1 each) was very convenient when I didn't feel like walking around the corner (where they are sold more for between 65-90 cents). I would definitely stay at Ricardo's place again if I visit Havana again. Thanks Ricardo!

Excellent spot with terrific views from the balcony and living room. Roberto explained everything to us thoroughly upon arrival.

This place is fantastic. Great location, by a variety of great cocktail bars as well as local restaurants. Still quiet at night though so don’t worry about not sleeping! The place is exactly like the photos and the place was extremely clean. The bed is amazing, such a great nights sleep especially with the air con! Eva and Yunai were great, always helpful with whatever questions we had. Eva helped with our taxi to the property and Yunai helped with whatever day to day queries we had. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks Eva and Yunai!

Tuvimos mucha comunicación con Walter y Mabel desde el momento de la reservación. Nos hicieron recomendaciones que resultaron muy útiles. Al llegar a la vivienda nos atendieron personalmente para darnos los detalles de manera muy clara. Contratamos el desayuno, que está delicioso. Muy recomendable. Fueron muy amigables, todo el tiempo nos sentimos como en casa.

Enrique estaba comunicativo y ayudable todo el tiempo antes y durante nuestro viaje. Tb ofrecio un desayuno preparado para $5 por cada persona que fue rico y aunque no estaba una lavadora el lavo nuestra ropa cuando le pedimos. El alojamiento estuvo en el tercer nivel de un edificio bonito y abajo hay un lugar donde se puede comprar meriendas si quieras. Rompimos un plato y el nos dijo que no paso nada. El alojamiento estaba bien bonito y limpio. Me quedaria alla otra vez y lo recomiendo el lugar a otros hospedes.

Un lugar con excelente ubicación y muy seguro. Calixto siempre atento y muy amable, nos ayudó siempre con todas las dudas, y se mostró accesible. Sin duda regresaré a su lugar.

Estoy muy feliz de que hayamos logrado encontrar un alojamiento donde la pasamos muy bien en La Habana, Cuba. Y nuestro anfitrión Calixto fue particularmente atractivo. Parece que realmente proporcionó un momento agradable y memorable. Pasar un buen rato en un alojamiento es extremadamente importante y, obviamente, las habilidades de hospitalidad de Calixto contribuyeron mucho a eso. One of the best apartments I ever rent in Havana. Big 2 bedroom classic apartment, renovated and very clean. For the first time in Havana free hi-speed WiFi was included with the apartment. The owner is very polite and helpful for check in and out. I recommend!

Patricia went out of her way to help me with whatever I needed. Her brother cooked my dog meals because I had forgotten my dogs food and the pet store i walked to had gone out of business. Patricia speaks good English and available whenever i had a question or concern. I plan staying there again!
