Playa Zipolite : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Excelente estancia, fue un error mío no percatarme que el aire, no era aire acondicionado, para que no les pase lo mismo, de ahí en fuera es una lindo lugar con una gran vista.

We loved our stay at La Secreta. The studio apartment La Selva truly lives up to its name - we could watch birds, butterflies, and iguanas right outside our window and balcony. It's green and surprisingly breezy, simple but well equipped, and we felt very much at home. The sheets were clean and fresh, the kitchenette had everything we needed, including a blender, juice press, and coffee maker, drinking water was provided, and the staff were friendly. The caretaker Marisol was super helpful and the owner Eva was supportive when we had trouble with a scooter rental (don't rent from Rinconando on Rinconcito!). La Secreta is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, located on a dirt road off the main street where you find shops and restaurants (there is a fantastic vegan Moroccan fusion restaurant just a few meters away). The only thing we did not love was the occasional sounds of construction work next door but that can happen. We would definitely come back and fully recommend La Secreta!

We booked this room after staying a few nights in a studio at Soiree, and we are really glad we did. The amenities in this room do not compare to the other room. We had a water cooler that chilled the water, two TVs, much more space and cookware. It was night and day. If you are staying longer (we were there a week), I would highly recommend getting one of the larger rooms. You won't be disappointed. Several times we enjoyed getting into the splash pool to cool off and various people would make food to sell on-site (tacos/Caribbean bowls) which was handy if you didn't want to venture out. There are several places close by to grab food: Noga, Alquimista, Bacco, Samsara, Orale, Maquil, Cosmic are all within a 5-minute walk. The fish in tomato sauce at Bacco is probably the best I've ever had! The town is nearby, as well, with many more options.

Massimo’s place was perfect for one wanting closeness to beach (4min walk), beautiful views, quiet and secure, very clean, and a closeness to everything in Mazunte! This place was the perfect home base for all of my adventures. It was very secure and felt very safe. The bed, hammock, and furniture were all very comfortable :) The host is very responsive and was a perfect experience all around. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Die Unterkunft in Zipolite entsprach genau den Bildern – alles war sehr sauber und die Aussicht von oben war wirklich atemberaubend. Außerdem war es hier angenehm kühler als unten im Dorf, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Zum Strand gelangt man grundsätzlich zu Fuß, uns wurde jedoch davon abgeraten, da auf dem Weg mehrere Wachhunde unterwegs sind. Deshalb haben wir uns einen Scooter gemietet, mit dem wir nicht nur bequem zum Strand fahren, sondern auch die umliegenden Dörfer erkunden konnten. Wer kein Problem damit hat, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums zu wohnen und mobil ist, wird hier definitiv glücklich. Die Ruhe, die frische Brise und der Ausblick machen den Aufenthalt absolut lohnenswert.

Muy buen lugar excelente ubicación. El único detalle es el estacionamiento que hay que estar moviendo los autos. Y el agua caliente. Que en realidad no es necesaria porque hace mucho calor a menos que lleves bebés como en mi caso pero se solucionó con otra alternativa. La vista del mar impresionante.

We loved our stay at Casa Yuku and will be back! Ana and Maria were very accomodating, kind and helpful. Maria explained everything thoroughly and Ana was always very responsive. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The casa has everything you could think of to make you feel at home. We loved having the umbrella for the beach, the kitchen was well equipped, the view from the patio was gorgeous. It is a beautiful, peaceful place to vacation.

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

We had such a great stay at La Bonita. Gretel was so helpful even before we arrived giving suggestions with a transport issue. The house is beautiful. We loved the kitchen and sitting out on the upper terrace watching the ocean and the sun setting. Birds and other wildlife are all around. The pool was fantastic, and perfect for dipping in at any time! We had a small hire car and managed the road up and the garage fine. Thank you Gretel for an amazing stay and being so helpful. If we are lucky enough to return to Oaxaca, we would love to stay here again.

The house is absolutely stunning and true to the description. Our group loves to cook, so we were very happy with the well-stocked kitchen and beautiful dining areas. We loved lounging by the pool — it’s extremely relaxing. This place is probably best suited for those that want to chill out and enjoy the house itself or those who have hired a car. It’s situated close to the local town and beach (up a very steep hill), but you have to taxi to Zipolite or Mazunte for more action, which adds up over a few days. But all in all a wonderful place to stay and great value for money.

This was a great place for our family. Nothing fancy but very confortable. Our kids loved the pool even after full days at the beach. Air conditioning was welcome and we enjoyed all the space. Great view, could hear the waves as we relaxed at night and we enjoyed the hammocks. As well, Perla and her crew were amazing - our son got sick on the day we had to check out and Perla let us relax in another space she had and store our bags while we decided what to do- she would have let us stay if there had not been another booking. Totally recommend, and we will be back!

What a wonderful experience our stay at Casa Sapo was. This is a very special place. The architecture/construction is amazing, the natural setting so beautiful. Staying here is truly an immersive experience. Being the dry season, there were not nearly as many insects as I thought there would be, and the house was cool and comfortable at night and in the mornings. We came prepared with repellent for mosquitos (there were quite a few) but outside of a scorpion in the corner of one of the bedroom ceilings, there was less to worry about than I had anticipated. We had strong swell, so I will mention that the sound is very, very loud, as the concrete structure serves as an amphitheater for the sound of the waves. This kept us awake for the first night, however by the second and third night we had grown accustomed to it and it was fine. Mario was responsive and communicative the entire time, willing to check us in a couple of hours early. Maria is a delight. Lovely stay.

La estancia es muy agradable. En la zona suele haber muchos mosquitos, pero la casa está completamente cubierta de mosquitero, así que ni lo sufres. Descansamos bastante bien, no hay ruidos, ni nada que moleste. La ubicación es muy buena porque estás a muy pocos minutos de la zona de restaurantes y comercio, pero suficientemente alejada para que disfrutes del descanso. Sin duda, volvería a rentar la casa.

We - a family of five, with two adults, two teenagers, and a kid - loved our stay in Casa Paz. When our car had climbed up the steep and bumpy track to the gate, and we had descended the stoned steps to the front door, and we faced the exquisite exterior and interior of the house - well, then we didn’t want to leave. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the sea and the wind are ubiquitous; and every detail is carefully thought-out. We really hope this was not our first and only stay in Casa Paz, and nibbled chapulines repeatedly to increase the chances of coming back.;-)

Tony’s apartment was as described & in a quiet/peaceful part of the area (walking distance to the beach/restaurants)😊! The steep hill up to the apartment is no joke🤣 & our initial taxi driver refused to take us up there, but we still managed despite having a baby + 3 suitcases + stroller. If you have physical ailments, the hill might be a deterrence for some. The A/C in both bedrooms worked perfectly to combat the April heat. Similar to other places in Mexico, there is a warning NOT to throw toilet paper in the toilet. We were careless and did just that and clogged the toilet instantly😩. Tony’s team was super quick to respond and fixed our issue the next morning. Cold water shower only, but it’s really not an issue in April as it’s sooo hot outside! Mazunte is a 15min walk from the apartment too. At night we often saw ants inside, but you’re nestled amongst nature so it’s to be expected. Thank you for having us, we had a great visit! ❤️

My wife and I really enjoyed Sotovento. It is a little ways from town but the taxis were very prompt. The security at the gate was very helpful, we often would request a cab for a specific time 2-3 hours in advance and it was always there right on time. The place was amazing. Built in the place 4 years. The pictures are 100% accurate. Tracey’s son Kolten helped us with airport transportation, taxi contacts, he picked up groceries prior to our arrival , provided a few helpful tips and met us when we were leaving. Excellent service all around!

Wade’s place was beautiful! Two big bedrooms with two full baths. It’s perfect for two couples or even a family. There are lots of towels, sheets, and a fairly stocked kitchen. And then there’s the view… totally spectacular! We even saw a whale or two. Also, the condo staff is so friendly and helpful! Thank you to Louis and Javier! We will miss your beautiful smiles! We had a fabulous two-week stay. We will also miss sitting on the balcony to watch the sun go down and listening to the sound of the waves to put us to sleep. Totally peaceful! Casa Hopla is an excellent choice for a family vacation. The well-planned and designed top floor of this private house is located in a safe neighborhood. It features two private rooms, two bathrooms, and an outdoor kitchen and living room, which is a brilliant design for the hot Mazunte climate. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We had a rental car, and driving on the steep hill was easy. The closest beach is a 5-minute walk, and the best beach in Mazunte is only a 20-minute walk. However, the walk on the hill might be challenging for some people. We stayed during the dry season, and insects were not a significant issue. There are many excellent places to eat nearby. I highly recommend Kombucheria for a refreshing afternoon drink, a perfect alternative to beer in the heat. The yoga center and ice bath are also must-try experiences.

I stayed at Jesse's lovely condo with a friend in April 2025. Jesse had requested our flight information prior to our arrival and was waiting for us at the condo when we arrived, giving us a nice, warm welcome, which included a 6-pack of cold cervezas - a nice touch! Throughout our visit Jesse was readily available by text to provide restaurant and activity recommendations and respond to any question or request. The condo was clean, had all the necessary amenities and was the perfect size for 2 adults. The pool was a nice bonus, as was the sweet and affectionate resident cat, Max, who was a frequent visitor. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Playa Santa Cruz and many wonderful restaurants, and is a short cab ride from Playa La Entrega. La Cucecita, and other locations of interest. Although there is construction going on in the vicinity of the condo, there was no excessive noise or issues related to this. I would happily return to Jesse's condo!
