Playa Junquillal : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

My husband and I took our first family vacation with our 2.5 year old son, and Pedro's home was the perfect family-friendly location. First, the home itself felt even nicer than shown in the pictures. The home was spotless, spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. Our toddler was delighted by all of the beach and pool toys on the property, and the pool has a large shallow ledge that made swimming much more accessible to him. The pool was cleaned every morning by the groundskeeper who was very friendly. The property is fully gated, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing that Pedro and his wife lived on the third floor, and the groundskeeper also lived on the property. That said, our stay still felt private. The location and views simply cannot be beat. Each evening, the sun sets directly in front of the property over the ocean. Playa Hermosa as a whole was quiet, calm, and welcoming, and I'd argue that Pedro's home is the best property there.

Beautiful place and amazing staff. Pool was so refreshing and always spotless. Staff were very attentive and willing to please. Amazing location and an easy walk to the beach and delicious local restaurants. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be revisiting soon.

Alojamiento con cocina bien equipada, Doña Blanca Rosa muy atenta del hospedaje. El apartamento esta a unas cuadras de Playa Potrero y a 10 minutos de Playa Flamingo. El lugar esta cerca de muchas playas hermosas.

wir waren zu fünft und die Unterkunft hat perfekt gepasst. die Lage ist optimal mitten im Zentrum und der Strand ist gleich über die Strasse. Der winzige Wermutstropfen war der Lärm von der Strasse aber das bringt die zentrale Lage vielleicht einfach mit.

We stayed in one of three bungalows. Very recent construction. Very high quality. Beautiful landscaping and a lovely pool. The living/dining room is a terrace overlooking the jungle below. Very calm and very private. A wonderful experience!

We LOVED the beachfront location of this home and didn't want to leave at the end of our stay! Being directly across from the beach and seeing the ocean from the front patio and hammocks was wonderful, as was hearing the waves at night. Maggie was a lovely, kind local host and was always available for anything we might have needed, and Andres was great with communication. The convenience of being able to walk to town and local restaurants was also great. The home is adequately furnished and we were able to cook a few meals when we weren't out trying the local spots. We hope to return - thanks for a great experience!

5 Stars – Unforgettable Beachside Retreat! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach Estates! Dirk was an exceptional host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. We especially loved the outdoor grill area—it was perfect for cooking up the fresh red snapper we got from the local fish truck. So delicious! The pool was a major highlight for our family. The colorful lights at night made it feel magical, and we spent many evenings playing Marco Polo with our girls—such great memories. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with great access to local spots and the beach just around the corner. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

Jake’s place was great ! Comfortable beds and beach was literally right outside the back slider. Location was close enough to Tamarindo yet far enough away to be peaceful away from the hustle.

Our stay here was great! It’s steps away from the beach and walkable to food trucks, supermarket, and other places! Pool was very nice onsite and also steps away from the villa. We rented a golf cart through the air bnb and that service was great as well! We will stay again! ❤️

We had a wonderful time at this little beachfront property. The sunsets were unbelievable! We were visited by cats and dogs and birds. We got to watch locals enjoy the beach on the Sunday that we arrived and we were even invited to join the bonfire. It was a great place to end our vacation!

Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay! The house itself was very nice (white noise might be needed because of the roosters). The easy accessibility to the beach when we wanted to go there while also having an amazing pool and covered patio to relax throughout the day was perfect for what we were looking for. We enjoyed the quiet and local feel of Brasilito Beach. The campground is right there, like others have mentioned, but it was never an issue at all. We walked to Playa Conchal (liked our beach better) and checked out Playa Flamingo for a sunset one night. Vidal lives on property and was always a friendly face. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Ubicacion perfecta, es exacto a como sale en las fotos, excelente lugar, muy tranquilo los alrededores, esta ubicado a solo 100 metros de la playa, es un lugar muy acogedor. Lo recomedaria por supuesto. Muchas gracias.

Right in the center of town and a short walk to the beach. Great amenities - coffee maker and coffee, mini shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and lotions, washer/dryer. Beds were very comfortable! Very clean.

Chris’s place was an amazing condo that truly felt like we were at home. The area is beautiful and safe and secure. The beach is stunning and ocean water is clear and warm. The condo gives you access to the beach club and spa which were all fantastic and the condo is well stocked for eating in. I recommend a golf cart to get around … easier than walking in the heat!!! Chris was a wonderful host … quick to respond to all my questions and provided some great tips and connected me with someone to arrange rentals and excursions … I would highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing stay in Playa Conchal ….Pura Vida Chris and thank you for sharing your home with us !!!

Our condo was roomy and very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well maintained as well as nicely decorated. The pool was very nice too. I liked the gated and secure aspect of the building. It made us feel safe. The location is really central to everything in Tamarindo …. And there is lots of activities and amenities near by close walking distance … no car needed. Overall fantastic place to stay with wonderful host to help you out. Hope to be back again next year ..

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The condo was so clean and comfortable and we didn’t have a single complaint. Would 100% return and I look forward to checking out the hosts other rental properties.

Muy buena atención x por parte del anfitrión. Muchos utensilios de cocina, y ofrece suministros y regalías que en otros hospedajes donde me he alojado no lo dan. Aseo impecable, y el lugar muy tranquilo, muy cerca del centro de tamarindo.

Sean was a great host. Very responsive and proactive to make check in a smooth process. Loved the view and semi-private beach access. Place was clean and as described. Hope to come back.

This condo is in an excellent location, close to the main road but still quiet. Small grocery store located right across the street and many great coffee shops and restaurants all within a short walk. The condo itself is quite nice as well, perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics needed for cooking.

Absolutely loved our stay. Renee arrived just as we were working on getting in to the unit and helped us settle in. She also gave us a local contact who was a HUGE help in arranging tours and rental car. Loved the truly “local” restaurant Estero Azul that she recommended. She was also helpful in explaining water issues the municipality had briefly during our stay. The location is private and quiet, but many restaurants, activities and a grocery store in easy walking distance made it easy to enjoy without a rental car. Comfortable space for 4 people, and the semi private beach right behind the unit was a huge bonus. Highly recommend the host and the location!
