Liked this place a lot. I got a private room here to take a short break from the crowded hostel life. The folks here were super chill and cool. The owner Johnny is awesome. Very chill guy and super flexible and good with communication. Would highly recommend!

El lugar muy bonito, la atención de Gerald genial, muy atento, los muchachos del bar restaurante igual, muy buena comida y bebidas, lo único es que en las habitaciones se escucha todo lo de al lado, si vas con amigos genial,pero en pareja no es nada privado, si te gusta cocinar tienen una cocina para que puedas hacer tus alimentos.

Chris and Beth’s spot is a gem. A perfect location to get away from the craziness and be surrounded by natural beauty. The location is perfect, about 15 minutes outside San Juan del Sur, giving you access to the town but also providing a quiet slice of paradise. The accommodations are terrific. The room is clean and comfortable. Chris and Beth are incredibly gracious hosts. The communication leading up to and throughout the trip was 10/10. Chris helped schedule a shuttle from the airport and was incredibly helpful making sure my day trip went off without a hitch. Beth was also incredibly kind and hospitable and cooked amazing food. I highly recommend spending some time here.

The Flamingo Experience was more than what my fiancé and I could’ve ever hoped for. Ali and Frania were so kind and helpful. This was our first trip to Nicaragua and Central America, at all, and they helped to answer all our questions about the area, provided suggestions on restaurants and gave great surfing advice! The house was right on the beach which had a few great restaurants. We brought our own surfboards and were able to wake up, grab our boards from downstairs, and walk right onto the beach to get into the water. There are also surfboard rentals and lessons right on the beach, as well. Breakfast was amazing. My fiancé and I had massages in our room. The hosts helped arrange taxis into San Juan Del Sur and even helped us order pizza to be delivered to the house our last night. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely adore my stay here! This was my first five star review since being in Central America and they earned every single star! They will see me at least once per month as they have made a new friend and loyal customer!

Wir haben 3 Nächte bei Emiliano verbracht und fühlten uns schnell zu Hause. Emiliano war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, hat sich Zeit genommen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es hatte viel Platz ums Haus, um entweder Sonnenaufgänge oder -Untergänge zu geniessen, zu essen oder in einer der vielen Hängematten ein Buch zu lesen. Im Garten hat es eine Dusche, um sich nach dem Surfen oder Baden kurz abzuspülen. Zimmer, Badezimmer und die Küche sind sehr simpel eingerichtet, wir hatten aber alles, was wir brauchten. Das Zimmer hatte eine AC, was in der Gegend nicht oft der Fall ist und das haben wir sehr genossen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und grosszügige Unterkunft, welche viele kleine Ecken zum entspannen bietet. Es war wirklich sauber und es hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Wir würden diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

If you are looking for a relaxing and tranquil break, this is the right choice. The room we said was basic, but it was as described. The hotel garden is very green and well maintained, with many places to chill. The restaurant has a good variety of options with hammocks and comfy chairs, where you can rest under the palm trees. The beach itself, like most of them on that coast, is very wavy. You can still swim, but if you are not a fan, then there is a perfect swimming pool that you use to swim or just cool down. Watching the waves from the restaurant was amazing. I really recommend the place.
