Ella & Jacob Loose at Southmoreland on the Plaza

Southmoreland is a historic 1913 Mansion whose goal is to provide hospitality and comfort. It is conveniently located in the heart of Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza. If your goal is to find a unique alternative to the classic downtown hotel, then look no further! The main floor boasts a living room with a gas fireplace and wet bar, a dining room with a lengthy wood table and a sunroom with a porch swing. Blue Spruce Room Queen Bed at BnB in CWE!

A Lovely room in a historical St. Louis home! The Blue Spruce Room is on the 2nd floor, and has a recently renovated and beautiful bathroom complete with a walk-in rain shower right next to it. The room has a desk, chair, lamp, table, Amazon Fire TV with basically every major streaming App, newly installed hardwood floors, and a Queen sized-bed. The room has two large windows for plenty of natural light with heavy blinds for sleeping in! Full use of the kitchen upstairs is available!

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.

The 741 Room

This is a Boutique hotel with 10 total rooms. Each has it’s own private bathroom. The hotel has self entry and check in. The 741 Room is a main floor room and shares no walls with other rooms. Please enjoy Lafayette’s Creperie in the morning, which includes a 20% discount for guests.
