Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l’appartement était vraiment nickel ! La vue est vraiment magnifique, nous avions le tram juste en face donc c’était vraiment pratique pour les déplacements. Nous étions avec nos 4 enfants et l’espace pour les enfants était super ! L’hôte était très réactif à nos demandes , il répondant très rapidement, c’était vraiment chouette 🥳 on se réjouit de revenir ! 🥰

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Angeliki’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants. Angeliki was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again on my next visit.

Το διαμέρισμα του κ. Ιωάννη βρίσκεται σε φανταστική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και δίπλα από όλων των ειδών υπηρεσίες όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και φούρνοι. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν κατατοπιστικός και επικοινωνιακός και μας έδωσε ότι πληροφορίες χρειαζόμασταν. Σίγουρα προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το διαμέρισμα!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό και πολύ λειτουργικό, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση. Η Άννα ήταν πολύ άμεση στην επικοινωνία.

It was a nice and cozy apartment, close to a lot of things like supermarkets, banks, tram or bus.

This property beat all expectations, it was more beautiful than it looked in the photos and has clearly been thoroughly thought of when renovating. The furnishings are beautiful and the amenities are just everything you need and more. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.

My friend and I had a nice time in this apartment and would recommend it to everyone who wants to spend some time outside of Athens. The area was quiet and you could still easily reach the city center by Bus/Train. The Apartment itself was lovely and we enjoyed sitting and eating outside in the sun! Other than that it offered everything you needed for cooking and making coffee which was nice:) Thank you!

Υπέροχη μεζονέτα με ωραία διακόσμηση, πολύ ευρύχωρη, σε ήσυχη περιοχή με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Η Μαριάννα εξαιρετική host πολύ φιλόξενη και φιλική. Το προτείνω σε όλους είναι θαυμάσιο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. sehr freundliche Vermieter, immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns optimal, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hospital Mediterrano.! Auch das Parken war problemlos, hatten gleich Parkplatz vor dem Haus gefunden. Um die Ecke hätte es weitere Parkplätze gegeben! Alles optimal für uns. Vielen Dank!

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Konaklamamız harikaydı! Ev çok temiz, konforlu ve her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. İhtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu ve kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Lokasyon da oldukça merkezi ve ulaşım çok rahattı. Ev sahibimiz ise çok ilgili, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi çok hoş karşılanmış ve güvende hissettik. Bu kadar düşünceli bir ev sahibiyle karşılaşmak gerçekten büyük şanstı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός είχε ο,τι μπορούσε κάποιος να χρειαστεί για μια άνετη διαμονή, θέρμανση, άνετος χώρος, ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ κατατοπιστικός με όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για τη διαμονή και τον χώρο. Σίγουρα θα είναι ξανά στις επιλογές μας!

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Antigoni is a great host! She showed great flexibility, responded immediately to every single query and did her utmost best to cater to every request! She is also very understanding and empathetic. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend Antigoni and her accommodation to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Nea Smyrni!

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Very happy and enjoyed to stay at the apartment. Michael is very friendly and wonderful. He let us checked-in early that very helpful for us not to wait after get off from the cruise ship. Will stay again if we visit Athens for a vacation...

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr gut. Wenn man aus dem Apartment raus geht ist man direkt am Hafen und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Bars. Trotz dessen ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Luis ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Angaben der Bettengrösse war nicht korrekt, aber Luis hat schnell reagiert und uns ein Extrabett zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
