Had a great few days in this wonderful apartment. The location was perfect and walkable to everything we wanted to do in the city. Communication was exceptional both before and during our stay, from instructions to help us easily find the home, as well as immediate responses to a few questions we had while we were there. We especially appreciated the use of the storage area so we could drop our luggage and explore a bit before checking in. We appreciate all your efforts to make our stay perfect!

Apartment was just as described and photographed. Clean and tidy with a location that made it easy to walk around town. The Tesco grocery store was 5 minutes to stock up on kitchen essentials. Shower pressure and hot water was great which has not always been my experience with other rentals in Europe. Host was very quick to reply to communication and also went above and beyond to assist in recovering my lost luggage/golf clubs from the airline. For golf enthusiasts: apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the Old Course and is not difficult at all. About a 15 minute walk to The New/Jubilee Course. Perfect location if you're leaving town to play elsewhere in Fife: Castle Course/Elie/Crail/Kingsbarns etc. The A917 which is the road you take to these courses is located right next to the rental.

Beautiful location, close to town, but off of the main busy road. Beautiful view of the Highlands! Clean and very comfortable stay, would recommend booking it if it is available!

This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. Really comfortable beds & linens, large rooms, well equipped kitchen. Loved all the artwork too. Easy walking distance to National Gallery, Portrait Gallery, George Street, Princess Street, St Andrew Square , St James quarter etc. Loads of restaurants & bars a 5 minutes walk away. Tram & Bus stops nearby. Train station also an easy walk. We had a great time and would happily come back 😊.

We had an amazing stay at Gillian and Guy's place. We called when we got to the village and were given instructions on how to locate the property. Guy was already waiting for us and gave us a quick tour with all the information we needed. There was fresh flowers, easter eggs, prosecco, and a wee whiskey for us to enjoy. Decorated beautifully and well kitted out. The hottub is on all the time so we were able to get right on in and relax. The sofa was super comfy and the TV is huge, perfect for movie night. Will definitely be back

Lovely attention to detail, felt so homely! The apartment was spotless. Lovely view of the port, plenty of space to park. Great location, not far from some amazing coast lines.

Spacious, clean and well appointed accommodation in a quiet area. Walkable into Aviemore centre with shops, bars & restaurants, about 15mins through the woods. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as we saw the views we knew we had to book and we were not disappointed! The views and accommodation are as per photos and we felt right at home! We had everything we needed in the property and in Johnshaven itself! We had a lovely meal at The Anchor Hotel, which we’d recommend, as well as a delicious ice cream at the hidden tea room! We hope to return in the near future!

The house was beautiful, very spacious and extremely clean. The living area had lots of space with comfy sofas and footstools. There was a massive collection of dvds and books. The garden was peaceful, with garden furniture and a great view of the sea. We had 4 of us plus a baby which meant to bottom floor was ideal for the baby and mother and the rest of us were on the top floor. The view from the upstairs bedrooms were stunning. We walked the coast to the local villages and the village its self had great cafes and restaurants and an award winning chippy! We had the best stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the host for letting us stay, your house is beautiful.

Alice is a fantastic host. She responded quickly to the questions we had and offered recommendations for dinner. Our stay was short but her property made it easy. We were minutes away from multiple trails, delicious food, and looked forward to the comforts of home at the end of the day. Beautiful place! Great location!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Inverness! The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group of six. It was beautifully decorated, with modern touches and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms were cozy and each had ample storage space, and the living areas were perfect for socializing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful yet close enough to Inverness city center for easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in the Highlands. Highly recommend!

Mistwood is an incredible place to stay. Filled with exquisite furnishings and stunning eclectic pieces of artwork. Spotlessly clean and everything we wished for in a home from home in Scotland. The addition of a beautiful outdoor hot tub was sheer bliss and provided a zen time in the garden filled with birdsong. This incredible home is dog friendly which meant our little Sophie could be with us in Scotland. The garden is filled with beautiful plants and shrubs and is totally doggy secure. We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The location is fantastic and only 20 minutes drive into Edinburgh. Jane and her co hosts were brilliant at making us feel so welcome and we would highly recommend a stay at this stunning property.

Only stayed for a few days, it was a trial run with a young puppy and we have never been on holiday with a dog before. The enclosed garden was fantastic for our young Cocker spaniel, he had plenty of room to run around in and was safe and secure. We found some brilliant walks nearby one being approx 1 - 2 miles away at the Dolphin Centre and another at Forest Winding Walks. We also visited Cullen which is nearby and has a lovely beach. The accommodation was beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable and the added extra touch of bread, milk, jam, tea bags, coffee and cleaning products we're much appreciated and a kind gesture. Louie our pup was very happy with the doggy biscuits, bowls and blanket too. We would be very happy to recommend the property to family and friends.

Votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse ont fait de notre séjour un moment parfais pour le début de notre périple dans votre ville pour ne pas dire en Écosse. Nous avons eu tout ce que nous aurions pu espérer de votre logis! Le fait d’avoir l’autobus a 2 min, nous a permis de se promener sans voiture car nous nous retrouvions centre ville! Ce qui est un tracas de moins! Il y a même 2 épiceries de l’autre côté de la rue. Super endroit et nous le recommandons à tous! AU plaisir! Alain et JO

Great place. Very private. Great location. Could walk to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we ever return to Scotland.

TLDR: book this property - you won’t regret it! Okay here’s the long version: One of the top properties we’ve stayed at. We knew we were in for a treat when we were created in person by Alan who graciously welcomed us inside even though we were a bit early. His kindness and quick wit made us feel right at home. The property is everything you could hope for - a fantastic location, easily walkable to dining, pubs/cafes, and tourist sites but still a peaceful retreat after a day’s exploration. The living room and dining area were great for relaxing nights in as was the luxurious rain shower (great pressure and hot!) The tram stop being close was the cherry on top as it made for easy access to/from the airport as well as neighborhoods that were a bit further afield (e.g., Leith).

My group had an excellent stay at Rona’s flat. We were greeted by the host upon arrival to show the space and give us the keys. Much nicer than hunting for a lockbox or hidden key. Excellent location in the heart of Glasgow with many restaurants, pubs and shops close by. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos provided. Very large for our group of four with two separated bedrooms we never felt cramped. The kitchen was very clean and had what we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend others to utilize this Airbnb.

A great apartment just right for our stay. It is a three minute walk to the tram stop. It is also around a twenty minute walk to Princes Street. The area had lots of coffee, pastry and convenience shops within just a few minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. It felt homely and was plenty big enough for five adults and two children. The washer dryer was a big help during our stay. The kitchen, bathroom and utility area had everything we needed including shampoo, conditioner, washing liquid, coffee and tea etc. The roof terrace was very large and pleasant. The staircase up to the upper level bedroom and terrace was a bit rickety and my father who uses a stick found it a bit tricky, but manageable. There is also the option to use the stairs outside of the apartment in the hallway. We had a lovely stay and highly recommended the apartment.

Great apartment in great location for exploring central Scotland . Easy commute Edinburgh , Glasgow too . Is as described in booking app. Great communication throught booking process . Absolutely spotless with everything required for a short stay. Very comfortable , wouldn’t hesitate to book again if required Well done for high standards 👍🤩

L'appartement est situé dans un endroit calme, il est d'une propreté impeccable et d'un grand confort. La décoration est magnifique et on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, et même de quoi manger ou prendre un petit-déjeuner le premier jour ( c'est appréciable lors d'une arrivée tardive à cause d'un retard d'avion...merci Kornelia !). Grace aux deux bus (19 et 34) qui passent à côté, on peut se déplacer facilement et partout dans Edimbourg. Il faut prendre le Day-ticket à £5,50 et surtout ne pas s'encombrer d'une voiture dans le centre-ville. Et pour finir, la petite terrasse extérieur avec le mobilier de jardin, permet de prendre le soleil, ou l'apéritif ! C'était parfait.
