⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible experience at Jennifer’s property and can't recommend it enough! From the moment we booked, Jennifer was exceptionally responsive, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The house itself was amazing—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the pristine pool, which was perfectly maintained and provided a fantastic spot to relax and soak up the sun. The outdoor area was equally impressive, meticulously manicured, and a perfect setting for our family to enjoy our morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Our host truly thought of everything; she provided clear instructions and expectations for the house, ensuring we felt right at home. To top it all off, she provided us some snacks and beverages, a nice encouraging message, which was such a thoughtful touch! Great place, tons of room to spread out. Lots of memories made in the game rooms. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, with everything you need. Complimentary bottle of wine and snack tray was a nice surprise.

What an amazing location. There is a forest trail just a block over that we used to run and hike in. The house was massive, well stocked with amenities, was modern, beautiful settings, and was an amazing space for my team to rest and relax in. Communication was perfect and Stacey couldnt have been more accommodating even when I got one of the dates wrong and we had to extend a day. Would stay here again without question.

Jeremy was great … very responsive and gave us a heads up about a cosmetic issue prior to booking and I appreciated the transparency. The location was perfect and the view is amazing. We will rent again from Jeremy.

We enjoyed our stay. We arrived really late due to bad weather. Willam was very thought of leaving the porch light on so we won’t have an issue finding the apartment. The rooms were clean and felt like home. Would definitely come back.

Our family all gathered for my son’s wedding - we had more than enough room! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake. It was extremely peaceful! The pool was terrific, as well as being so close to the club house and the fair barn!

We had a great time staying at the quiet condo during my kid’s golf tournament at Pinehurst. Shops and restaurants are all located about 15mins away from this place. The condo itself was well maintained. Host was very responsive and accommodating of our requests. We will be back to stay here again next year.

Lovely location and great communication from host

We were visiting family in Pinehurst and this was just a short 3 minute drive away. Normally, we would rent a larger home but since we really were only sleeping here for this trip, we opted for something smaller and in closer proximity to family. The beds were comfortable. We kept the windows open at night and enjoyed waking up to the birds chirping and ducks splashing in the water. It was perfect for what we needed it for. We did like the balcony, even though we didn’t use it much, as we were out of the condo most of the day. Nice overall. The numbering system in the condo association is a little difficult if you aren’t familiar. We arrived at night but, thankfully, another guest’s review had tipped us off that we might just need to take it slow in looking for the property. I think if the directions specifically told guests which numbered driveway/lot to go into, it would make it easier, especially if arriving at night. Once located it was a breeze to enter and settle in!

Susan was a phenomenal host to say the least!! She proactively added an extra twin bed in each bedroom to accommodate myself, dad, and 2 brothers. Perfectly located to avoid all traffic to and from Pinehurst for 2024 US Open. We didn't open the refrigerator for a couple hours after arriving, but when we did...Susan had a hand written card for us along with a gift basket with wine, cheese, crackers, breakfast, and a case of water. Do not pass this place up!! Thank you so much Susan!!!
