Located in a beautiful grove of oak trees, with privacy and peaceful surroundings. Inside, Colleen and Wayne have thought of just about everything! We couldn’t have asked for a better long weekend. They were incredibly responsive and helpful through our stay.

Lovely outdoor space! And soooo close to the beach. It being about 3 small blocks from the public parking and the lifeguard stations, means everything is just a bit less busy where the house is, and the beach is a little quieter if you go directly west from the house. The planes flying overhead are loud, so bring some earphones if that's something that bothers you. Joshua is a very helpful and responsive host!

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and had everything I needed—including a garage that fit my mid-size car perfectly, which was such a bonus. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing local food spots. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, from check-in to check-out, and they were super helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved this cottage, it’s location, and our experience. The exterior: private, behind a wooden fence steps away from the sidewalk, with the cutest succulent garden with some tasteful décor. The interior: meticulously curated vintage and retro-style pieces, always something to look at, I appreciate that it wasn’t an IKEA bulk order but a lot of love and care and personality. And it’s SO clean and doesn’t feel cluttered at all! I loved the round yellow bathroom tile, the kitchen sink, the leather chair and ottoman in the living room. So many gems all around. Katrina was a gem herself!!! My toddler got sick (yuck) in bed the first night, and K came to our rescue the next morning with new linens, completely kindhearted and understanding. Related- the free laundry was a godsend to have with a kid, and to simply not have to pack a ton! And the beach gear, stocked supplies in the cabinets, they thought of everything! ❤️

The checking in & out process was super easy. Nice designated parking spot. Caroline & her husband were great hosts & replied almost immediately to our few small issues. Let me just say the water pressure in the shower is FANTASTIC !! I was sad to go home to my piddly pressure at home. If you are heading to San Diego I would recommend Caroline & her Air BnB. Thank you :)

Great place we'd love to revisit! Carlsbad is a favorite spot and this place checks all the boxes for our needs/wants!

Quick trip to San Diego. The location was perfect to the MCRD where my daughter graduated Boot Camp. Waterfront property was perfect to relax for my family of 5. Things to do steps away. Starbucks was around the corner. We will definitely be back. Host was awesome and helpful. Pet friendly, my yorkie also loved the walks on the beach.
