Our stay at Derek’s place was nothing short of fantastic, largely due to the outstanding host and the amazing jacuzzi! Derek was very communicative, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering quick responses. The property had a lot of fun features to enjoy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was a dream—clean, private, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day of walking around downtown. This place is very convenient to enjoy all of downtown without having to drive anywhere. Walkable to everything, including the Japanese Friendship Gardens. The host’s hospitality made it unforgettable. Thank you Derek!

Needed a trip to the West and this is the location I picked. Loved the place's vibe and the swimming pool.

Derek was an amazing host, really fast at replying and helping us. the place was amazing, enjoyed everything from the amazing place, to the pool table and jacuzzi, would definitely stay here again in my next trip to Phoenix. 10/10.

I didn’t think when I came to stay here I would experience such a relax fun and colorful atmosphere. I wish I would have booked a longer stay! We loved it to much we will for sure come back to this location in the future! Thanks to the Host too for being so responsive and having such a cool style for a place to stay!!

I went on a spur of the moment trip from Vegas to Phoenix and wanted to stay in Downtown Phoenix. Went searching through listings and found this unbelievably cute spot. I stayed in the single king apartment and I have to say the aesthetic and thoughtfulness of every single gadget, tool, light, utensil was incredible. Thank you for the hospitality, we will without a doubt return! Cheers from Vegas!

Kevin’s Airbnb was the perfect choice for our family of four during our Christmas break! The condo was spotless, with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, with opportunities for relaxing walks in the community. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym, which was much needed after indulging in all the great nearby food options. Kevin was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re visiting Phoenix, this place is a gem. We’re already booking our return stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The view of the lake is amazing, that’s the first thing that you notice. Kimberly is an outstanding host! The house was immaculate. Great layout and plenty of room. The house was more than stocked with everything you needed. Private covered parking. The neighborhood was so peaceful and tranquil. The cute ducks and turtles in the lake were a plus!!! Thank you Kimberly. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in Tempe!!

This place is very inviting! The lake view and patio overlooking it made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The interior space was very open and accommodating for our family who lived nearby to visit and eat a meal with us. Our host was prompt in responding to our questions and needs.

The house was awesome slept 8 of us with plenty of room to spare. The pool and hot tub were great to hang outside at and the grill was in excellent condition. Felice was great and responsive the whole trip. Definitely something we’d do again

The place was nice and clean. It was exactly as pictured. The noise from the airport was the most disappointing. Overall great stay and very nice area.

This home and community was beautiful. The home itself was perfect for my family and I. My kids enjoyed all the toys in the room, had a large selection of board games and even loved the arcade games. The pool was amazing and had one normal temp pool, heated pool and 2 hot tubs. We will absolutely book this Airbnb everyone we visit the phoenix area.

This was in a good location and easy to find. It was clean and spacious and accommodated our family very well.

This house is gorgeous with lots of space for my large family but our favorite place to hang out was the beautiful back yard.

Stephanie was very responsive and her place was very beautiful and peaceful. There was a $250.00 extra fee to use the 55+ amenities, we chose not to take it as we were there only a week. However if we were to stay longer we would most definitely have purchased the pass. They had outstanding golf courses and pickleball courts as well as several restaurants and other activities. I would highly recommend staying at Stephanie’s place. We contacted her a couple times during the checkout and she responded within a few minutes.
