We had an amazing stay at the Trail 10 House! The location is perfect—just steps from the trailhead and within easy walking distance to local restaurants. The house was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. It really made our vacation to Williamson and the Hatfield & McCoy trail system extra memorable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone riding the trails or exploring the area!

Close to trails and the washer and dryer was a big plus. Unfortunately we broke both UTVs and decided to leave early to get home for Easter. Kitchen allowed us to cook meals and save on eating out. Good value.

What a unique and beautiful residence. My husband is from that area, and we came up from Florida to visit with his family. One of his uncles and his wife stayed with us and we branched out from there to visit others daily. The home is so beautiful and comfy with many areas to sit a spell and visit. Loved everything about it! We would absolutely book here again!

Great place to stay! House is very nice and plenty of parking. Neighbors dogs were very friendly and would spend most of the time at the house. Not an issue for us, but something to be aware of. Overall great house very clean. Would love to stay again.

It is everything as described and then some. Will definitely rent again.

Gary's listing was newly renovated and furnished well. We didn't need to go on any store runs evrything was available. Lots of linens, soap, and detergent for the washer and dryer. Gary checked in with us several times to make sure our stay was going well. We were within 3/4 of a mile of both Devil Anse and Rockhouse trails. No need to trailer anywhere to ride. There is a Exxon station about 4 miles away to buy your trail permit. Excellent place to stay

Very nice place. Clean and relaxing. Our boys loved the dogs. We came to ride Hillbilly Trails, which did not disappoint. This rental is about 20 minutes from either trailhead. The road to the rental is very narrow. Our trailer is 84 inches wide, any wider and we wouldn’t have made it. Definitely recommend Shelby’s place and would stay again.

Where do I begin. This was by far the best place we have stayed and we travel a lot. Jodi and Roy were amazing host. Jodi was more than willing to do anything you needed to make your stay amazing. She was very responsive when we had questions about where things were located and where to eat. They actually took us out riding on our second day there. We had so much fun with them and their friends. This was definitely a getaway we will not forget. The cabin was immaculate and had everything you needed. Jodi really took her time with this place to make it like you’re right at home. The view of the creek off the porch is awesome. Very relaxing to sit outside and listen to after a long day of riding. They live right behind the cabin so they are available very quickly if you need anything. I highly recommend this cabin or her other cabin if you plan on riding Hillbilly Trails.

Perfect location for trail riding, access directly across the street. We did rent both sides and it was perfect for our group. Parking can be a little tight but we did have 3 trucks with trailers and it was fine. Beds were all comfortable and the layout was great. The only issue we had was some type of electrical issue where we lost all power in the bathroom, luckily we did have some high powered flashlights so the bathroom and shower could still be used. We also had the 2nd attached unit so we still did have 1 fully functioning bathroom. We did contact the host and they asked if it was ok to be repaired after we left as we were only there 3 nights and it happened on our 2nd day so we were halfway through the stay. We agreed, I am sure if we would’ve said no something would’ve been done as the hosts were always responsive and the rental unit was cared for. We would definitely stay here again if staying on this side of the trail system.

Was a beautiful scenery outside and inside had everything you need to survive and live Kevin was very respectful and nice and was on top at any needs will definitely want to come back again.

We needed a place to stay for the night last minute and Valerie came through for us. When we asked about where to get small tools to repair a minor issue with our trail bike, her husband brought them right to us. Quality service we will never forget!

If you're looking to enjoy nature and disconnect, this is the place! So close to the Breaks interstate Park (5 minutes?), which is filled with great hiking. And the cabin is perfect for family fun - ping pong tournaments and Ms. PacMan! - plus a hot tub for post hike relaxing. This part of VA is very remote so there are not a ton of restaurants nearby so come prepared! That said, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need!

Tyler was easy to communicate with. The cabin was awesome! Well stocked and very clean. Beds were comfortable and very neatly made. We were all very pleased with it. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to Matewan and the trails. Will definitely stay again!

The pool and hot tub were major highlights—great for relaxing after a day of exploring. Super clean, peaceful, and private. The hosts were responsive and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!
