We had a wonderful stay! Great location that is close to many things to do in the area. Unit was very clean, spacious, & had everything one could need. Quiet and peaceful with a nice balcony looking over the river. Thank you for sharing your space!

This is my favorite airbnb we have stayed in so far!! So peaceful and the room and view was amazing. Was a great place for a mental reset. We will definitely be staying here again.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Great place to stay. Location was excellent and peaceful. Host communicated exceptionally well. Condo was very clean.

This place was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. We had a blast. It's not too far from all of the restaurants and activities/attractions in pigeon forge. Takes about 30-40 mins to get to everything. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I 100% will be back !

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Helio was very responsive to messages and made check in easy. We were there with 3 teenage boys and the space was perfect. There was plenty of space and the 3 full bathrooms was a major plus. The place had everything you need to cook meals etc. We were advised the night before we arrived that the fireplace was not functioning, which was a disappointment, but we were accommodated in other ways by getting early check in and late check out, which helped us out. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the jacuzzi tub was also nice to have. I would stay here again if we were to visit the area again.

Very cute and clean appartments. The kitchen was equipment very well, with all nessasary tools. Also there is a few games and TV with streaming channels. Hotel itself not very shiny and new, but appartments was pretty good. Also there is a small pool and hot tube(jakuzzi). The place is very silent and stressless

This house is even better than the pictures! It’s beautiful and peaceful. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The house offered everything you could possibly need for your stay. The back yard is amazing! Beautiful water views and lots on animals to watch. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the strip to feel secluded, yet close enough to get to everything you need. Dollar General Market right down the road was very useful. We loved everything about our stay. The owners are very friendly and responsive also.

We loved our stay here! Our group really enjoyed all the space and the beautiful kitchen/game room. The host was extremely responsive and even worked with us on our arrival time. I will say if you are not familiar with the area, it seems like you are lost because the house doesn't fit in with the street, but we felt extremely comfortable and at home! We would 1000% stay here again. If you are needing a place for a fun girl's trip, this is your sign to book here!

Great location! Recommend the hot tub boats. This was a hit with the family! Responsive host that responded quickly to any questions we had thru out the stay. Once as you leave the property it is a Straight shot to the strip in Gatlinburg which is about 15-20 minutes away!

Absolutely perfect! This Airbnb was everything we were hoping for and more. The cabin was spotless and had that cozy, authentic cabin feel we were looking for. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery made it the ideal escape. It was exactly what we needed for my sister’s 40th birthday getaway — quiet, comfortable, and full of charm. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. Highly recommend!

I have never left a review before. I HAD to after staying at Shelly's place. It was phenomenal!! Clean, cozy, cheery, private, homey, restful, snug, safe, serene, happy to name just a few. Shelly provides so many extras that other B&Bs don't - both tangible and intangible. She's a beautiful soul and you feel her touches in every room, every day. She hand delivered a 1/2 gallon of frozen yogurt after she heard I was gluten free and wasn't able to eat the delicious cookies she left. The ONLY disappoint you'll have is when you have to leave. Oh and her new rental property is just GORGEOUS and ON POINT. It's right down the road. We took a peek before we headed home. Best of luck Shelly!! We hope to see you again!!!!

Great place, 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 full baths. Perfect for a family of 4. We went to Dollywood both days so didn’t get to enjoy the river but the view!!! You can just sit outside and watch the river flow or let the sound of it put you to sleep at night. Close to everything. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Rick’s place, this was our second time staying here there’s many things we love from the location, the porch with a beautiful view of the creek and how relaxing it sounds, and how clean the place is. We will be back again!

Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of great restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. Loved sitting out back listening to the birds and the creek below. Very private and peaceful. Super clean with lots of extra nice touches. Check out Anakeesta, beautiful park and incredible Mountain views.

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

The home was beautiful the outside was so beautiful and peaceful waking up and hearing the birds chirp in the morning was amazing all of the things they have on the Strip of Pigeon Forge to do was amazing we got to see things we've never got to see before my family of six was very happy excited and surprised

The place was immaculate! The kitchen was well organized and easy to work in. We felt at home from the first moment with all the thoughtful touches. I often feel like rentals and hotel rooms are too dark, but the lighting was excellent here—and ceiling fans! Loved staying here.

We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the beautiful peaceful river view. Very comfortable and clean home with everything you need. Jackie was very helpful and accessible. Convenient location. Definitely recommend this condo.

The first thing I noticed was a clean smell as soon as I opened the condo door. The condo was awesome! Centrally located and so easy to check in and out. It had everthing you could want in a condo. Beds were super comfy and the Keurig hit the spot! Will definetly be staying with this host again!

Very close to everything downtown. Condo was Decorated nicely, very gatlinburg/pigeon forge feel. Lacey was very responsive to messages and accommodating. Kitchen well stocked with pans, dishes even a slow cooker. Neighborhood was quiet. Comfortable bed amd clean bathrooms.
