Just what we expected and hoped. Great place, would highly recommend having a car if possible.

Amazing stay! Tropical Paradise exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a place to relax and recharge from the hectic schedules of life over the holidays and this stay was exactly what we had in mind. The house is about an hour drive from the airport/large grocery store. The liquor store was closed. When we return we would probably plan our food better and hire someone to shop/cook for us. Over Christmas many places were closed. Once you arrive you truly are in paradise. The location of this home is absolute PERFECTION! Steps away from the most beautiful, private, clear water, tranquil beach! We loved walking the beach each day, snorkeling right in front of the house and kayaking. Sherri and Alan have thought of everything and the house is well appointed. We ate at Shana’s Cove a few times and found that experience lovely and the food great! The noseeums were the only negative! They are especially bad at sunset. We all got bites despite our efforts. We can’t wait to return🏝️❤

The view from the terrace is breathtaking with a quick walk to the Exuma Beach. Lovely home perfect place to stay . I would definitely book again.

My wife and I just came back from a magical stay at Fountain Bay! A representative from the resort (the awesome Wendy) met us at the airport and helped us settle in, providing great advice on things to see and do while we were there. The property itself is in a beautiful location with an amazing beach literally right outside our well-equipped bungalow. The online pictures do not do this place justice. The water is crystal clear, and we saw a lot of sea turtles, fish and other marine life. We explored nearby bays and areas on kayaks that are available to guests (at no extra charge). We also rented a car on a couple days to check out the rest of the island. Cat Island, while off the main tourist path, has some of the most beautiful, secluded beaches we have ever seen. Highly recommend visiting and staying at Fountain Bay! We will be back!

Beautiful place to explore North Cat Island. We especially loved the stunning views from everywhere in the house, it was well stocked, great air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the outdoor private shower was incredible. We met wonderful neighbors and everyone on the island was so nice and helpful. Could not recommend this location and island enough. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your little slice of heaven!

We had a very good stay at Charles' house. It is very big with one bedroom windows facing the ocean so you can hear waves at night. Location is convenient, less than 5 min north of the airport. Very secluded and peaceful so you will need a car. It is a great option for families with 2 kids . 1 bedroom has 1 double bed and the other 2 twin beds, TVs in bedrooms and living room. Having more photos may help families decide if the house suites them. This was my first AirBnB booking and Charles made it very easy. Great, prompt communication and he has people locally who will meet you and assist with any issues. Highly recommend!

Ein traumhaft schöner Ort zum Entspannen und Sonne und Meer genießen. Das BayInn liegt direkt am schönsten Strand der Insel. 15 Minuten sind es zu Fuß zum Coconut-Beach mit einer riesigen Sandbank. Es ist ein kleines Frühstück inkludiert. In der Cabanna kann man für 8-20$ Burger, Chicken und Conch (unbedingt probieren) essen. Die Gastgeberinnen sind super nett und sehr aufmerksam. Ein kleiner Store mit dem nötigsten ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt. Das war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Anthony's place was as described with a beautiful lookout. We spent so much time outside just chilling. Stunning sunrises and sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked, and we found it easy to find the place. You can Google the name of the airbnb :) Recommend hiring a boat for the day, and you will need a rental car.

I have been all over the Caribbean and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in! The view from the house is breathtaking and February Point is a beautiful community with the nicest staff. Sasha is very responsive and was kind enough to give us an early check in and a late check out. Don’t even hesitate to book this place! You will not be disappointed

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The caretaker made everything extremely easy and he was very responsive. The house is in the perfect location, close to Georgetown and close to the beach. It was so peaceful watching the sunrise from the patio in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. It was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed.

Our third year at The Gate House and each time it feels like coming home! Of all the vacation rentals we’ve experienced world wide, it’s the “best ever!” team of Owner and Caretaker: Stephanie and Harrison. Both people are extremely efficient, responsive, reliable, friendly and kind. The Gate House is very well equipped. The private pool is fantastic. Spectacular view from the expansive front windows and deck. Quiet and peaceful property! Caretaker Harrison is readily available. And by request, for example, he will cook delicious dinners, provide fresh produce from his farm, and suggest visits to local sites. His smile and generous hospitality seem boundless. Harrison is all around wonderful! Owner Stephanie is very responsive and wants to hear from renters of any needs or questions. It is obvious she cares deeply about this magical place. Really nice house at a great location. Good market nearby and a close to beautiful mostly deserted beach. The inclusion of two cars is really nice. We had a great family reunion and the host made available a high chair and baby gates to accommodate us. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay on Tar Bay! House was set up perfect with pod style rooms. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Location was perfect, close to airport and stores. Beach was amazing and often secluded. Nemiah was always helpful. Can’t wait to be back!!

Cornell is an awesome host! He made sure we felt comfortable, checked in to see if we needed anything, and even brought us fresh coconut water from the tree. He promptly provided extra towels when we asked. The beachfront location is perfect! Highly recommend!

It was beautiful to walk in the front door and see the blue Caribbean water through the back windows. We saw dolphins one morning during breakfast. While close to the road, you heard none of it from the back porch or on the beach. The house is filled with thoughtful and useful amenities. We left the marine chart book a little worse from wear on a day we rented a small skiff to explore off islands. The unit as well equipped for cooking, with utensils and dishwasher etc. The smaller your rental car the better. You want to pull in and pull out in a forward direction, which requires a tight little three-point turn under a coconut tree. Our RAV4 just made it.

The place is very spacious, comfortable, fresh and peaceful. The hosts were so kind, accommodating and responsive, we can’t thank them enough for all their help, they made our stay in Exuma so easy and stress free. Definitely recommended!

We were so thrilled to find this lovely property on Hoopers Bay. The home was perfect for our family of four. It would be hard to beat the location and we enjoyed all the amenities Sand Nickels offered including the snorkeling gear, kayaks and paddleboard. We were close enough to several marinas where we booked a boat for 3 days on the water. Everyone on the island was so friendly. We cannot wait to come back!

Love staying at Coconut Villa in Rolleville, Exuma. Quiet. clean. close to the beach and Carmen is amazing to keep in touch and helped us with a last minute booking. The place was everything we needed and the bed and pillows are so comfy!! Kitchen. Laundry. Refrigerator. Air conditioning . Bottled water. Must try cabannas cheese burgers and smash close by. I walked on the beach everyday!!! I’m going back for sure. Great for the 2 of us !!

Our stay at Shangri-la was perfect! The house is lovely, clean and had everything you’d need. The screened in porch is perfect to listen to the waves and drink coffee in the morning or have dinner in the evenings. Our daughter loved playing in the sand. You really could just stay at the house and never leave! Crystal was extremely responsive and by complete chance we ran into the owner. She was lovely as well! We love Exuma, this was our second time coming to the island and we’d easily book the Shangri-la again! Thanks for the memories!

We really enjoyed staying here, but bring extra towels. Lol The ocean is right there and waking up every morning with a cup of coffee and looking out at the pristine water was like a dream. The island is a welcoming, beautiful place with amazing local foods and gorgeous outlooks. The local people are friendly and helpful. Will defiantly go back again.

Amanda’s place provides Cat island catharsis. Among the most cherished of travel experiences. Cat Island is remote, and so a real chance to disconnect from the world and restore in Bahamian beauty.
