Ev, tam olarak fotograflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ekstra olarak istediklerimizide hemen tedarik edildi. Konum olarak, sakin ve huzur dolu bir yer. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve deniz cok güzeldi. Diğer koylara gitmek içinde yine güzel bir konumdaydı. Cok yakında ihtiyaclarınızı karsılayabileceğiniz market var. Ev sahibi dost canlısı ve cok yardımsever. Sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Sonraki tatillerde kesinlikle yine düşüneceğim bir yer.

It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in Halkidiki. The views from both balconies are absolutely stunning, making every morning and evening a delight. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and offered all the privacy we could ask for, making it a peaceful retreat. It’s also conveniently located, with shops nearby and a charming village just a short walk away, full of great restaurants. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway!

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

We stayed at Sia for 10 days. The surroundings are beautiful , the place is very quiet. The sea is very clean and see-through , ideal for families with children. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures shown with new furniture. The kitchen has everything necessary. And finally, Sia is very friendly and kind, she gave us information regarding the restaurants, beaches and near towns. We really enjoyed this vacation , thank you Sia !

Z eno besedo PERFEKCIJA. Še lepše in boljše, kot smo pričakovali. Lokacija je TOP. Čez dan dosti sence. Vstop v vodo čisto super, voda božanska. Zvečer na prečudoviti terasi slišiš samo šumenje valov, ki dobesedno padajo v hišo in prav slišiš tudi kamenčke, kako drug z drugim izmenjujejo svoja mesta. Mir, tišina, stran od vrveža ter vseeno blizu trgovin z živili, gostiln in lokalov. Domačini izredno prijazni. Skratka z eno besedo RAJ. Razgleda s terase na egejsko morje se nismo mogli zadosti nagledati. Odpočili smo si telo in dušo. Naredili smo dolgo pot, ampak se je izplačalo. Vsekakor bomo še prišli....

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Can’t wait to come again! Great time at greek forest :) Stone house was amasing! Pool was big and clean water, everyday clenaning. Everything was perfect! Well equpment kitchen. Katarzyuna was alvays on service ❤️ Thank’s again!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolles Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und kann direkt im Meer baden. Zum Einkaufen oder für Restaurantbesuche braucht man ein Auto. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Having visited the area regularly over the past 15 years, I can confidently say that Eleftherios’ home is the best place I’ve ever stayed. The cost is remarkably reasonable considering all the amenities, the outstanding view, and the ideal location that embodies what should be called the perfect stay. The home is spacious, felt bright, clean, with a refreshing atmosphere that made it a joy to stay in. The attention to detail was clear, from the spotless interiors to the well-maintained amenities. The internet was impressively fast even when streaming. Eleftherios went above and beyond as a host, providing thoughtful recommendations and responding quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway in Halkidiki !

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf gehad. Super fijn dat de overkapping in de tuin open kon, zo konden we in het zwembad lekker van de zon genieten. Het strand ligt echt op 5 stappen lopen en de weg ertussen is erg rustig (in ieder geval aan het einde van het “zomerseizoen”). Yorgos is een erg toegankelijke en vriendelijke host. Voor aankomst duidelijke en prettige instructies doorgegeven en reageert snel. Ik zou hier zo weer boeken, dus zeker aanrader!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der wunderschönen und sauberen Wohnung! Es war traumhaft 😍 Die Wohnung ist groß, modern, sauber und ruhig. Sie liegt genau gegenüber vom Meer und von der Terrasse hat man einen Mega Ausblick! Wir haben jede Woche neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen und die Gastgeberin war immer sofort da, wenn wir eine Frage hatten oder uns ausgesperrt haben. Wir sind mit 2 Kindern angereist und hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen 🤗 Am Strand vor dem Haus gibt es genug Cafés, Restaurants und alles was man braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber wenn man den Trubel mag fährt man 5 Minuten weiter und hat es da!

Wir haben als Familie fast drei Wochen im Haus von Anna verbracht und jeden einzelnen Tag in vollen Zügen genossen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der großzügigen Balkonterrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick, die sich dank einer komplett zu öffnenden Glasschiebetür nahtlos in den Wohnbereich integriert. Die Lage direkt am ruhigen, nahezu privaten Strand war für uns ein weiteres Highlight. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, verlässt man das Haus auf der Eingangsseite und geht dann nur ein paar Schritte um das Haus herum, da die Balkonterrasse im oberen Stockwerk liegt und somit keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand bietet. Wir haben die absolute Ruhe vor Ort sehr geschätzt; von der nahegelegenen Hauptstraße war nichts zu hören. Auch der gesamte Komplex und das Umfeld sind äußerst gepflegt und tadellos sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Anna verlief reibungslos; sie war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt äußerst erholsam und gelungen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We stayed at this wonderful house as a young family with our child, our dog, and our parents, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property offers a breathtaking sea view and a spacious yard with a great outdoor barbecue area—perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. The house is very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. One of the highlights for us was the children’s play area, which makes this place especially ideal for families with kids. The hosts clearly pay attention to every little detail to ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return!
