The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Our beautiful & peaceful Bush Retreat is located in the leafy suburb of Engadine, which is only a few minutes drive to the stunning Royal National Park. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will enjoy total privacy as you take in the spectacular bush views of our 1 bedroom guest house (completely separate to the main residence). Whether you simply need some respite and a place to rest and relax, or are looking to explore and adventure, our Bush Retreat is the perfect destination.

Experience this private stylish new two bedroom cottage nestled in a spacious park like setting. King and Queen beds, chef's kitchen, and comfy lounges. Relax by the fire with expansive views across rolling pasture to Gibbergunyah Nature Reserve. Located a short drive from Bowral, Berrima, Moss Vale and all the restaurants, shops, wineries with bush walks and bike tracks nearby. Your neighbours will be the local mob of kangaroos or newborn calves in the paddock adjacent to Laurel Cottage.

Kim's Place - private beach/ocean view apartment

If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.
