It was truly a great holiday for my group and I as we stayed at Ira's villa. Ira assisted us with our pre-arrival all the way up until our departure. Would highly recommend Ira's villa to anyone if you are looking for a great unit that has all the bells and whistles for a relaxing holiday.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war sehr schön. Wendy ist wirklich bemüht und die Haushälterin kümmerte sich um all unsere Wünsche. Das Haus ist in sehr guten Zustand und der Pool und Outdoorbereich ist sehr schön. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist das derzeit im direkten Umfeld Baumaßnahmen stattfinden die teilweise tagsüber zu etwas Lärm führen.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Rawai. The host, Ben, was brilliant—very attentive and checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. The villa itself was lovely: spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned every couple of days, including the pool which was a great touch. The location was also spot on—close to a great selection of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

The villa was clean, spacious, everything was working, amazing view, responsive and friendly host, and cleaning was done every day by the supervisor. You will need a taxi to go to town, and a taxi will come in 5 to 8 minutes, so all was good. We were 5 guys and we had a blast, hanging out at the pool at night. There was some extra noise from the construction next door, but our host was kind enough to ask them to slow down early in the morning. Breakfast was also very good. We had amazing stay.

I rarely go into much detail about my Airbnb stays but this deserves every star available. First of all super super friendly the owner helped set up our excursion packages, our driver accommodations, local restaurants, massages, and overall things to do. Basically any question I had they had an answer which is amazing. The villa was breathe taking and looks exactly like the photo 10/10. Security is in the front so not every car comes in and out which makes anyone feel better. If you ever are in Phuket with family or fiends this is the place to rent.

nous avons adoré notre séjour, le logement est parfais et l’hôte et son équipe son toujours disponibles. Le service proposé dans la maison ( ménage et petit dej ) est un vrai plus. Mercii de nous avoir fait rêver :)

Naprosto luxusní vila, dokonalá! Vse jako na fotkách a ještě krásnější! Servis byl skvělý, pečovali o nás a všem požadavkům bylo vyhověno. Skvěle i pro děti. Bylo nás 10 a ještě jedna ložnice byla nevyuzita. Ve většině ložnic jsou přistýlky pro děti. Takze místa dostatek! Koupelny top krásné! 😍 Necelý km na pláž, i děti 7 a 9 let zvládali cestu pěšky v pohodě. I menší by to zvládli. A nebo skútr. Resturace jsou hned pod vilou dostatek restauraci, masáži, lékáren a obchodů cca 4 minuty pěšky. Na vile byl klid a soukromí, což bylo skvělé. Jediné co by stálo za zvážení k vylepšení bylo jídlo - snídaně - v ceně je opravdu základní snídaně (bez vajec, šunky a sýrů.. - to je za příplatek - podle spotřebovaných surovin.) Nicméně vše je na domluvě a nachystají vám vše, co si řeknete. 😊 Pokud jste zvyklý na bohatší snídaně, domluvte si to předem. 😊 Výtah byl super. Bazén čistý a boží. Máme krásné fotky z dronu. Určitě bychom přijeli zase. A pláž surin je nádherná a klidnější než ji

Снимали виллу на 2 семьи, включая 3 детей + младенец (предоставили кроватку). Великолепная вилла, красивая и функциональная, потрясающий вид из окон. Очень удачное расположение спален и ванных комнат, были 2 отдельные ванные комнаты на нижнем этаже, и общая большая ванная комната на 2 спальни на 1 и 2 этаже, так же гостевая отдельная. На 2 этаже использовали еще диваны как отдельные спальные места для детей. У каждого было свое пространство. Зона для чтения и игр (очень много интересного). В каждом помещении кондиционеры и вентиляторы, что очень комфортно. Отлично снабженная кухня со всем необходимым (вкл. соль, сахар и масло), 2 холодильника. Быстрый WI FI. Большая парковка под бетонным навесом: 2 машины и 2 байка, супер бассейн с барными стульями, зона барбекю. Гамаки и батут для детей и взрослых! Также стиральная машина (для такой большой семьи незаменима). Убирались каждый день, очень чисто. Встретили и в холодильнике была вода, кола и пиво. Сердечное спасибо Жан-Мишелю!

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

A quiet gated community house within walkable distance to Kamala beach. It was a perfect place for two families with kids. The house was well stocked and clean. Host is super friendly and responsive. Helped with early check in. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a home near Kamala beach.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt bei einer großartigen Gastgeberin Wir hatten 10 fantastische Tage in Mays Villa! Das Haus war blitzsauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und perfekt ausgestattet – von Shampoo, hochwertigem Toilettenpapier, Spielen für die Kinder bis zur vollausgestatteten Küche war alles da. Sogar eine Luftmatratze für den Pool! May ist unglaublich nett, immer hilfsbereit und sorgt mit viel Herz dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ideal für Familien – wir haben uns gleich Roller gemietet und konnten so alles flexibel erkunden. Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft von Richard ist der perfekte Rückzugsort im Trubel von Phuket. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Schwimmen im Pool mit Blick aufs Meer, gehört zu den absoluten Highlights unserer Reise. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Richard und seine Frau sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in der ich je war.

Очень хорошее жилье, полностью соответствует описанию, даже больше. У доме есть все мелочи, даже присутствует пленка для заматывания чемоданов, средство от Комаров, в каждой комнате наборы гелей, шампуней, кремов для тела. Клининг был 2 раза в неделю, этого вполне хватало, было чисто. Хозяин очень заботливый, волновался чтобы нам было комфортно

It’s nestled away, and therefore very peaceful and serene. You’ll have to walk 5-10 minutes to get to the nearest accommodations.

Our combine families enjoy the 10 days we stayed and we will be back as we felt at home… we were so well looked after we didn’t want to leave.Patty’s housekeeper was amazing and 99.9% of time we didn’t know she was there ( to the point our kids nicknamed her the ninja lol ).. Thank you Patty for making our stay for my birthday an amazing one and totally spoiling me with a surprise birthday cake that we all enjoyed. As I said we will be definitely back.

Fantastic villa on the famous Laguna golf course. Lovely pool, bbq and terrace sitting area looking out onto the course.

Beautiful property located in rawaii, extremely helpful host recommend us activities and restaurants matching our criteria. Every amenity had been thought of which was a plus will definitely be back.
