David & Kiera Le's place was an absolute hassle free experience. Apartment is well maintained. We enjoyed staying at their place and appreciate the support they extended through our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern high-end condo! The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The building amenities were a major plus — the nice swimming pool and well-equipped gym made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also super great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour tout était propre, confortable, pas de problème de bruit ou quoique ce soit Attention a la tête pour les personnes de plus d’1 mètre 75 mais sinon c’était un super nid douillet L’écran géant à disposition est parfait pour se détendre avant de dormir via Netflix YouTube etc L’hôte est super réactive aux messages et très gentille ainsi qu’arrangeante Merci encore !!

It was our last stay in Vietnam after 2 months of travelling over the country and it couldn't be a better choice of accommodation. The flat was very cozy, clean, cheerful and friendly. These light colours and the decorations always made me feel at home, at the same time everything was carefully thought over. Whatever you might need of was there starting with a steamer and finishing with a coffee maker (with grinded coffee too). The flat absolutely matches the pictures and the description, and it was so good sometimes I felt I even don't want to go outside)) The host was very friendly, hospitable and responsive. I highly recommend the flat and, if I ever found myself in HCMC again, I would definitely stay there again.

Just like last time, we had a great experience with this host. Our stay was very pleasant

Ánh sáng trong phòng được thiết kế vừa đủ, không quá chói mà vẫn đảm bảo sáng sủa, thích hợp cho cả nghỉ ngơi và làm việc. Ngoài ra, phòng còn được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi như máy lạnh, nước nóng, và một góc nhỏ pha trà/cà phê rất tiện lợi. Nice decorated room, spacious room also. It's located in the city center so easy for moving around. It's in the small alley, so a bit of effort required if you have big luggage.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

This airbnb was accessible and had many great restaurants nearby. Their place had the necessities I needed and best of all - the comfiest bed! The host was very responsive and kind as well so this was definitely worth booking!

2nd time staying at Jennie’s place. Family had a great time there. Can’t recommend this place enough, would definitely come back. Jennie is an exceptional host and very responsive and treats her guest very respectfully.
