The place was perfect for a get-away for the family but what sealed the deal was they are pet friendly. The place has a rustic charm and it felt good to be away from the noise of the city and enjoy the quiet farm life. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed exploring the surroundings. However they are far from supermarkets so it is advisable that you bring anything you might need. Kuya Jong the caretaker is also very helpful and is always around to assist. Phoebe is always very responsive to queries as well and even tried to help us by reviewing CCTV footage when we thought we lost our dog. All-in-all if you want a charming place to stay for solitude this is highly recommended.

Very nice and relaxing place. It’s very fun that there is a whole separate KTV room as well as a great pool to spend time on. They were pretty strict with the kitchenware but understandable. Overall, the place is a very cozy place for a large group.

great place to stay and relax.,the hosts are very responsive, considerate and helpful., i think they need to upgrade the airconditioning in the house and place additional trash bins inside the rooms and in the kitchen.

Staying here is one of my best AirBnB stay. The place was peaceful, clean, and just exquisite. We loved the amenities and the way the host responsed- kind and always responsive. I highly recommend this place. It’s worth it!

Mommy Sally's is a very beautiful place and it was a treat to stay there for a week! The two native cottages are very private and steps from the beach. The cottages are gorgeous and I loved the fact that everything was made of natural materials. Food was always fresh and delicious, served on the veranda so I could eat dinner while watching the sun go down. Mommy Sally, her family and staff are amazing people , very friendly and accommodating and it was a pleasure to be their guest. Special thanks to Mario and Marisol for taking me to town and also to Badz, the gentleman who drove me to Rizal and back to PP. He is the kindest person and provided me with so much information about local life and places of interest in Rizal. Mommy Sally's is perfect for nature lovers and people who enjoy ' off the beaten track' places. Thank you to everyone and I'm looking forward to visiting again!

I stayed here in 2020 and fell in love with the place. It is a great place to stay if you want to have some peace and quiet and get in touch with nature. Huge plus for the gym and the lap pool. Customer service is top notch! I will keep coming back.

This place is a gem surrounded by a beautiful former coffee plantation. It’s the perfect place to relax and escape from the hectic city life. The plunge pool was great and accessible at any time. Steve and Rhona were very nice and welcoming. Steve organized a guided sunrise hike for us which we enjoyed very much. We totally recommend the place!

Stayed here for 2 nights with our family of 16 people and it was certainly a memorable trip. Everyone enjoyed and had a relaxing and fun experience. The amenities are great especially the use of ATV and the bonfire. The staff are all very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely consider this for our future family outings.

We had a wonderful stay at Sundaze Farm, honestly wish we had booked more nights there. The private area was very cozy and secluded from the rest of the facility but just a short walk away from the office for anything you might need. Choco the Dog was a star and let me pet and play with him, very refreshing to see well cared for pets in this area. The hostess was very attentive and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Camille’s Farm was really nice. The property is so peaceful and has this laid-back, rustic vibe. Surrounded by nature — with lots of plants and fruit trees, farm animals, birds; all these made our stay refreshing. The casita was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking in their outdoor kitchen/barbecue area, had our meals in the lanai, played card games till the wee hours, and mostly just enjoyed the view of the hills of Tanay and Laguna Bay. We also had fun swimming in their pool, playing mini-golf & pickle ball and taking after-meals strolls around the farm. Caretaker Imang, husband Ben and their children were very helpful, but also gave us plenty of space to just relax and enjoy the surroundings. Hosts Bebette and Patty were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Our stay at Camille’s Farm was exactly the kind of escape we were all hoping for. It is a perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and recharge. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful and peaceful. Host are very responsive and caters to request. Though you really need to have your private transport to get there.

Nothing better than waking up to a gorgeous nature sight at their second floor! Ian was responsive as well. The amenities listed were all available and the place was accessible and a great one to stay at.

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too

FloraTed’s place was perfect! Great location and close to everything and safely located. The property was just beautiful, we had room #1 and it was very nice, neat, clean, and well maintained! Perfect room size for 4 people with nice comfy bed and pillows, bathroom was good size with shower & warm water. There was a TV, table with 4 chairs, nice size cabinet, small refrigerator and small kitchen. I love how the room and entire place was simply decorated. The front entrance and front yard was super clean and amazing landscaping. It was also such an easy check in process and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks to Mr Ted for being very helpful, accommodating, providing us with some recommendations and quickly replying to all my inquiries via Airbnb chat message application. THANK YOU to all the staff at FloraTed’s place! I would highly recommend this place! Loved San Pascual Batangas! We had an awesome stay and perfect accommodation!

It’s my 2nd time to stay here. The place is very serene and the free activities is also a great addition when booking this place. Also, it’s easy to reach their location and pets can freely roam around. However, they can only accommodate up to 3 pets. I think this is the only con I see so far given that I have a total of 4 fur babies. Overall, it’s always a good stay here.

Very nice and relaxing place. Good location in the middle of a forest. No phone signal but they have wifi for guests. Only complain was the electric power seems underpowered.

Tanya’s Place in Itogon was exactly what we needed for a relaxing escape! Surrounded by pine trees and beautiful mountain views, the location was serene and perfect for unwinding. The fresh air, peaceful ambiance, and cozy setup made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a rustic charm that felt warm and homey. Waking up to birdsong and a cool breeze was such a treat. Our little one especially loved the space, he slept so soundly and had so much fun exploring! The kitchen and dining area were well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking and sharing hearty breakfasts with a beautiful view. Everything we needed was provided, and Tanya was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. It’s a great place for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to reconnect with nature and spend quality time together. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon!

The place is nice and very spacious. we enjoyed our stay in the Black Cabin. Though some parts may need some maintenance, it did not affect our stay in the place. We enjoyed the pool and the comfort that the place offered. The communication with the caretaker was also easy.

A beautiful and peaceful place to experience the authentic Philippines, far away from the typical tourist crowds. The lovely garden is located right by the sea, and the accommodation is very clean and well-maintained. The place has also been recently renovated. The hosts, Megan and Abe, are extremely kind and helpful. Abe is a very calm and balanced person, while Megan radiates positivity and has a heartfelt smile that lights up over her whole face.

The place just keeps getting better each year! It’s our 3rd time, and we’re pleasantly surprised that the pool is now heated! It’s such a joy to be hosted by Emily —- she takes care of all the details! Ate Lyn and Kuya Israel were very friendly and helpful, and the 2 Siamese cats who greeted us —-Patty and Milo —- were an added bonus as we’re all cat lovers. For coffee lovers, Kape Natividad is a short walking distance, and Cafe Katerina is just adjacent to it. If I could give a 6-star rating to the total experience, I would gladly do so. The place was perfect for our Christmas getaway… we were 10 adults and one child with our puppy . Have enough space for every one of us. The common space has game tables and karaoke so it was a lot of great memories made there. The bedrooms were massive and very well kept. The outdoor area is so peaceful and relaxing. And the river next to the house is perfect for water activities and a cool swim. And the most important part are the people. Ms Adelfa, Nicole and the rest of the team are very friendly, polite and helpful. They were so intuitive and very mindful of what we needed. And the food that they prepared for us was so delicious with lots of options to choose from. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend this place

Super solid stay in Lipa!

Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) The place is exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. The view is absolutely majestic, especially during sunrise and sunset. We had warm water throughout our summer stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete utensils and cooking essentials, perfect if you love to cook. You have the option to rent the entire place for privacy, or you might meet a few other guests depending on your booking. There’s also a bonfire area, which was a cozy highlight during our stay. Pro tip: Bring all your food and cooking ingredients ahead of time. The nearest stores or palengke are quite far, so plan your meals and shopping list well. Overall, an amazing and peaceful getaway. Would definitely book again!

We took a gamble by travelling to Mindanao but we were well rewarded, thanks Wesley, Marissa, Yan and the rest of the team. The place is simply amazing and very quiet during the weekdays. We enjoyed seeing the goats and chickens roam around during the day. There plenty of nice sitting areas with power sockets. We never felt unsafe but extremely welcome. Locals we always very enthusiastic to meet us and often asked to take a photo with us. Our hosts organised a visit to Marissa's family for a lunch in the jungle. Which was an absolute highlight for us. We tremendously enjoyed the food as well as the nice views and village visit after the meal. We also recommend walking around the area by yourself, including to the small village behind the property. (Follow the river road next to the brick propety wall. The village does not show up on the map.) The waterfall walk that was recommend to us was also worthwhile and Yan was a fantastic guide.
