Love the place. So peaceful and walkable to the beach. The beach is somewhat private and clean. The house is spacious with enormous living space. Perfect for family getaway. Felt right at home.

Kanjana place was a rare find in every sense .the caretaker Khun Nui was gem of a person , made us feel like at home. while there aren't many food choices nearby, the Viewmare resturant is worth it. the best part is location which is so peaceful and quiet , yet close enough to main Pattaya city. it's a perfect family getaway.

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

I loved the stay at this Place ! 15-20 min ride to pattaya downtown, calm, lots of food nearby ! Pool and washing maschine in the building ! Would 100% come back :)!!

Jack’s place was everything we expected. Great views, all amenities provided, clean and a comfortable bed. Close to the night market for amazing foods and right at the foot of Jomtien Beach. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Will stay again.

The location is very peaceful. The house is spacious, and clean. We had an excellent stay and we in fact plan to stay here the next time as well.

Check in went smooth. The apartment was nice & clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Big fridge, microwave and oven tops if you want to make something simple. No excessive noise in the building and it has a very sweet security officer. The area is nice and peaceful, if you want something other than typical tourist areas. The condiminium has a private pool and direct access to a beach that is separated from the main beach. On grounds is a bakery called Aroy owned by very lovely people. Walking distance to the big commercial beach, a lot of different restaurants & the convenience store. The people in Mae Phim are a mix of friendly locals, long term expats and holidaymakers who return yearly. It makes the area feel safe and I felt very welcomed & taken care of. Andrew is a helpful host who answers quickly, which if found very comfortable. All in all the perfect place for a relaxing holiday without any worries. Would love to go back again sometime!

The house is big and clean,very suitable for group vacation and the location is good.

Host was very responsive. The location is great and the unit itself is perfect for a group of people, with plenty of space and a great view. Very happy with it!

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

This is a very lovely cottage located on a nature-rich beach. The atmosphere perfectly matches the healthy café on-site. It’s the perfect place to relax on Koh Samet!

Spectacular Ocean view in a very peaceful area. This is an older condo complex however the unit had a modern bathroom, good air con, and comfortable bed for Thailand (not to hard). Very easy walk to the pool and direct beach access with No road to cross. There are presently 2 restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance on the beach. You will need a motorbike to get around (motorbike rental is almost across the street). I suggest getting the 155cc over the 125. 7/11, liqueur store, pharmacy and other places to eat within a 5 minute ride. Seafood market, other beaches and Ko Samet Ferry 15 minute ride.

Amazing place to stay, lovely homey beach house. Martina is a very kind host and helping us to have a nice time. Hope we could give it more than a 5-star. We will definitely be back.

Great apartment that is a comfortable base for exploring Pattaya. The place was very peaceful with a relaxing sea view, and it was located in a good spot to go see all the different things in the area. It was easy to park in the building, with a very nice pool also in the building. Makes for a great getaway from Bangkok!
