Незабываемые впечатления от этого дома. Он даже еще просторнее чем на фотографиях. С террасы открывается потрясающий вид на море и закаты. Дома так хорошо, что не хочется выходить. Внутри есть все необходимое. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный хозин и его семья. Мы очень полюбили этот дом и обязательно в него вернемся при первой же возможности!

Nous avons eu un bel accueil dans cette magnifique villa. Elle est fonctionnelle et répond à nos attentes. La piscine et le jardin sont paradisiaques. Nous avons été aidé dans nos réservations de transports. Nous recommandons ce logement

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two months. I'm glad we stayed here, it was a tropical paradise, but there were a few annoyances. The Good: -The place is beautiful, the porch and yard are a wonderful private park like setting. Morning coffee on the porch watching the birds and squirrels and listening to the waves was a delight -We really appreciated the small espesso machine, and laundry in the unit. Plenty of soap and shampoo, water provided every week. Cold AC and hot showers -It's near the Ham Tien market and a small supermarket. Dong Vui, Chez Oanha, and Gin coffee were our favorite nearby restaurants. The bad -It doesn't stay clean as the thatched roof results in a lot of dust/debris, insects, and geckos(poop) -The doors and windows don't have a good seal, or screens and so we always had a few mosquito bites. -Neighborhood noises(yelling, karaoke, honking) easily go through the thatched roof. I'm a wingfoiler but there were too many boats/nets to easily launch from here.

The place was beautiful and very unique! Everyone loved the beds and felt very comfortable :) We enjoyed staying at Jun and Thiên’s place, and can only recommend it for big groups! We were a friend group of 8 and had lots of fun there! You can enjoy playing cards outside at night without being bothered by mosquitos — which was surprising since we were surrounded by a beautiful garden! It was a nice walk to the beach and we were met with a more private spot, as it was far from the tourist places :D Still if you enjoy going to the beach clubs, it is just 10mins away by car :) Thiên was an awesome host! He replied super fast and we were always met with kindness — he also recommended us local spots and was always ready to help! As for towels, they have it! Just note that the bathroom is separate from the house and some small visitors — aka lizards — were seen upon arrival but were gone quickly so no worries :) Overall if you enjoy a more chill and private surrounding — this is perfect!
