(Supermarket, Library, Doctor, Pharmacy, Dentist, Hairdresser Beautician, Massage, Deli, Cafes, Fruit Shop, Gelato, (Two cafes do delicious frozen meals.) all within 3 mins walking distance. 10 min walk to Days Bay, a stunning beach that has a Ferry to the CBD. The East by West Ferry takes 25 mins. (eastbywest co nz) Kayaks and bikes are at Days Bay in summer to hire. There are bikes to hire at Burdens Gate for a flat coastal ride to twin lighthouses and stunning views down to South Island. Frankies treehouse hut is right next to Scorching Bay - one of Wellingtons best beaches. A perfect escape for nature lovers who want to get back to basics and enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors. PLEASE NOTE: There is no wifi or bathroom in the hut and the communal /shared shower and toilet is a 1 min walk away down the path. NOTE - NO SELF CHECKIN !

Mustang cottage is quiet, cosy, very private with homely touches and secure off road parking. An easy 10-15 min trip by car or train to Sky Stadium, WOW and ferry terminals. A 3 min walk to Woburn train station & bus stops. Local supermarket, Subway outlet, and bakeries nearby. Our self-contained, studio apartment is on a quiet street facing the Waiwhetu stream. The space has queen size bed with high quality linen & a heat pump to keep you comfortable all year around. Things to do Walking/running & cycling. (Te Whiti Riser) coffee shops, Mall. (see overview for more) There is a functional kitchen, with oven & all cooking equipment. Own driveway, very safe. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.

The InterIslander Ferry is a less than ten minute drive off peak. Perfect to catch an early morning Ferry, or late afternoon disembark. Supermarkets, specialty stores, cinema and pharmacies. Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Petone Foreshore Accommodation

A new home recently built on the Petone foreshore. A short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, Lighthouse cinema, art galleries and of course the beach. Buses close by and the train station to Wellington about 10 minutes walk. The purpose built accommodation is on the ground level with the owners living above. Guests will have their own separate entrance. The unit consists of one queen sized bedroom, kitchenette, lounge/dining room and bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

Cosy caravan amongst the trees

Set within 6 acres of farmland this 1977 caravan with a conservatory is a comfortable spot to get a taste of rural life, while only being 7 minutes away from the heart of Lower Hutt. As local beekeepers, we'll have honey and farm eggs from our chickens ready for you on arrival. This space is ideal for 2-4 but can work for 6 people. We’ve found it works well for families as well as adults. However, many budget savvy adult groups love it as they are happy in a smaller space.
