Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at Gile's place in Wellington. Everything was perfectly clean and well provisioned. The location is super, walkable to all shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Gile is very responsive and a true gem of a host. Do not hesitate to book this place, it is an Airbnb 5+ stay!

Check-in was seamless with keyless entry. The place was beautiful, private, and peaceful – just what we needed. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the large wardrobes were perfect for storing our things. A short 2-minute walk to Akarau Tangi Stadium, which was ideal for our trip. Close to the airport (10 mins), CBD (10-min Uber), and walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, and local shops. The washer and dryer were super handy. Host was pleasant and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay! The house was not only comfortable but also full of beautiful art and vibrant colors that lifted our spirits the moment we arrived. The large kitchen windows let in lovely natural light, and we especially enjoyed hearing the birds each morning. Being able to walk to the beach was such a treat—it’s so close and made our stay feel extra relaxing. Jeremy was a kind and accommodating host, which made everything even better. A truly joyful and peaceful place to spend time!

This beach side abode was beautiful and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. Nothing could beat those amazing views. Thank you for the opportunity. Highly recommend.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our two night stay here. Donna and Warwick greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The suite is private, quiet and well equipped for longer stays. The views are beautiful and you’re just over 20 minutes to the centre of Wellington. Our kids appreciated the charming ‘dormitory’ and we all enjoyed the books and magazines. Lovely hosts make it an extra special stay.

Wonderful place with amazing views across the bay. The double glazing means that you get very minimal noise inside. Place is exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time here and found it to be a great base to explore Wellington. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful time staying in Oriental Bay, the location is ideal for walking into the city and being just off the main road meant that it was quiet and peaceful. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of fresh linen. The outdoor patio was an added bonus and we spent many afternoons enjoying the summer sun out there. Our host was great, very responsive and helpful, can’t wait to return!

As a solo gal I loved staying in this apartment for a night. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Sam was friendly, while also keeping to himself- he was a great host who made me feel very comfortable. Location is extremely walkable and feels safe. Would stay here again!

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Perfectly located, walking distance to Mount Victoria, the water front, Te Papa museum and city center. Bus straight from the airport (if you're flying like me) will leave you just 5 min away from Donna's house. House/apartment located in a little alley way so private and quiet enough. Comfortable (amazing bed) and cozy space. Donna is very friendly as well as discreet, she's available if you need anything but the ground floor is pretty much to yourself and will feel like you have your own space. I highly recommend 🙂.

Fabulous Airbnb Gorgeous views, so close to shops bakery and restaurants. We loved our stay and really appreciated the amazingly stocked kitchen.
