Malik’s place was very nice, comfortable and beautiful on the inside. Would definitely stay here again. His place felt more like a home for me and my family and we appreciated the stay.

We really enjoyed this cozy house for our short stay! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, the bathroom was clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but a quick drive to great food and things to do. We appreciated the snack basket, what a sweet touch!

The highlight of our stay here was Definitely James, the host. We had a few hiccups during our stay, but James addressed the issues we brought to him promptly and thoroughly. He was an exceptional host, making sure to take care of everything we needed. I would highly recommend any of his available Airbnb rentals and I would highly recommend him if you're looking for someone to manage your Airbnb.

The home was everything we needed as a family before leaving our son at AIT. You know it’s a perfect home when the house is filled with love and laughter during your stay. Katie was so kind, responsive, and had fabulous recommendations for food, treats, and some adventure with the kids. The home had everything we needed for our stay and more; it was simply incredible and homey. We are so grateful for our time spent in their home and plan to return soon.

We had a great stay here! The location is excellent, easily walkable to VMFA and the shops and restaurants in Carytown and a super quick drive to Maymont. The house is clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. We love visiting Richmond and this is a great place to do it from.

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood that had everything we needed for our extended stay. Tall fenced in yard was a plus for the pup. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions!

This was place was amazing to stay at! The house was as pictured, plenty of room/beds for our friend group, and awesome backyard with a pickleball court that’s in great condition! Frank was really responsive and such a nice host. There was even a box of donuts waiting for us as we checked in which were so delicious! (Thanks Frank!) The only thing I’d say could have been improved is that the outside grill area was not very clean (broken glass bottles, multiple dead lighters, rust build up on the grill cover, etc.) but everywhere else in the backyard was nice and tidy. Also, it’s entirely alley/street parking which got a little rough with needing to park a few cars from our group. Overall this place is definitely worth it!! And it was so close to everything we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend this place to any big group wanting to experience the Richmond area.

Good spot for travelers with dogs. Fenced back yard and safe walkable neighborhood. Short drive to Scott’s Addition and Cary St. areas.

We rented this house for out-of-town guest because it was so close to Magnolia Manor where our son was married. Our guest enjoyed the house very much and said it was a wonderful stay.

Richard went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable and at home. He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

This was our second stay at Cherrie’s place. We just love it. It has everything we need, is quiet, cozy and clean. Great neighbors and a cute neighborhood. The building itself could use a little upkeep, but once you’re inside River City Den, all is from well. We’ll be back!

This was our second stay at the Horse Farm. It is perfect for an extended family get together. The grounds are great for walks. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool. The grounds are beautiful.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

This was a PERFECT stay for us! We were traveling from Florida to Michigan, but made a pit stop in Richmond to visit a friend. We had our 2 dogs with us and needed an easy and comfortable spot for all of us. This Airbnb was clean, had cute decor, super easy to check in with crystal clear instructions, very friendly host, and a great location for pets! The backyard where the entrance was is huge and absolutely stunning. Our doggos loved it. I also loved her coffee station setup. So essential! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Just wanted to say Chelsea was an amazing host. She answered my questions within minutes. It seemed like lol we had a great time and the place was well kept and well stocked. I would definitely use her place again.

James was great with communication and recommended a lot of places. The home was clean and spacious. I had no complaints or concerns! Definitely staying here again!

Great cozy cottage, loved it definitely staying there again

James’ place was perfect for our need. We have big dogs and the fence was tall and secure, so I felt they were completely safe when outside. The beds were extremely comfy, and the entire place just felt friendly.

What a wonderful weekend at Alex's place! The space is actually larger than we expected and had wonderful natural light. We loved the modern decor - the aesthetic was perfectly balanced to update the historical elements of the house. The first thing we did was jump on the trampoline in the backyard! YES. Knocked 10 years off of me and immediately set the mood for a refreshing, fun weekend. Thanks, Alex!

Loved the cottage feel of the space. Parking was easy and private, which is wonderful in a city area. Walkable to stores, restaurants, local grocery. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Honestly, this could be the best Airbnb experience we have had to date. The house was actually nicer than the pictures, completely spotless and very quiet. Our dog loved the large fenced in yard. Steven was extremely accommodating and responsive. We felt so welcomed as this home was above and beyond with cookies and fresh fruit and water which were a lifesaver after being exhausted from a long drive. Steven even asked us if we needed cream in the morning for our coffee! I truly can’t say enough about this place as five stars doesn’t seem like enough. The bed was super comfy and we had such a great, quiet nights rest! We can’t thank you enough Steven and will definitely consider staying for during our Florida travels next year!!
