We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

This resort is truly one of the best I’ve ever visited! The experience was absolutely worth every riyal — I have paid, the ambiance, and the overall atmosphere were outstanding. Although it’s a bit far, the journey was worth it for such a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch getaway!

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb villa room! The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly cozy. Ruxana, the host, was responsive and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa’s rooftop was a standout feature, offering an incredible view of the Dubai skyline, including the majestic Burj Khalifa. The location was convenient and close to key attractions. Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment! Hosted the 6 of us well. Perfect location as it is so close to Yas island, only 5 mins by car. Everything was clean and very aesthetically decorated. Pull-out couch was comfortable! The host is extremely friendly and communicated with us really well. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again!

I walked into majed’s place trusting that its great and walked out knowing the experience was amazing. It was my first time going to an Airbnb with my entire family and everyone loved it. The place was cozy and huge, suitable for kids and adults. The bird cage definitely caught the kid’s eyes, they were so thrilled watching them fly around in their home. My one and only complaint was the cold pool—the pool design itself is beautiful and big, with lights at night but it was too cold for the kids and they couldn’t swim for as long as they wanted. But that wasn’t a big problem for them because they enjoyed themselves around the big property regardless. I’d definitely book here again if I ever come back to Al ain!

Из плюсов стоит отметить, что есть два фена, утюг и все кухонные принадлежности. Кровать очень большая, стол удобный для большого количества гостей. Нам все понравилось, особенно дружелюбный и приветливый хозяин.

Marie is very accommodating and understanding. The property is well maintained with all amenities you can think of. The house gives you urban beach house vibes yet very comforting. Easily accessible to the beach.

Une magnifique Villa très bien agencée avec un beau mobilier confortable. Vue sur la mer. Piscine super (un peu froide le matin). Environnement très calme et apaisant. Les instructions pour venir étaient très claires et Eisa très disponible et serviable (merci pour les serviettes de toilettes). Il manquait un peu d’ustensiles dans la cuisine (par exemple pas de passoire) mais tout était super dans l’ensemble Un très bon séjour… trop court ;-)

Excellent value for money. Packed with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds. Sofas were huge enough for 3 people to sleep on. Great communication with Mohammed. Allocated parking space was a great plus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Felt right at home
