We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Great studio apartment and location just off the city centre, great for people who want to be able to get around easily and have quick access to restaurants and malls. Reem beach walk is also a 5 minute walk away and is a nice place to relax that is a little less busy than city locations. Amenities in the tower are also good with a gym and pool that has a great view. Apartment was very clean and spacious for a studio and the host was great - would recommend.

Chris and Harshith are awesome hosts and also the manager at the property. Clear instructions hassle free check in and check out prompt responses from everyone neat clean as per description 😀. I'd definitely book again with Chris. Moreover he did helped me in my early checkout and complied with my refund as well. Thanks alot.

nice place to stay , quite area . alot of restaurants and activities around the building. nice swimming pool, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. extra bed are available.

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

Jessica ist eine tolle Gasgeberin die auch sehr schnell auf Fragen und Anliegen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bilder, sauber und groß, perfekt für ein Paar. Sehr bequemes Bett. Die Wohnung ist etwas weiter weg also muss man sich ein Taxi nehmen um zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen, da es keine Metro Station gibt. Und es ist etwas laut da die Wohnung genau an der Hauptstraße liegt, dafür kann Jessica aber nichts. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Amazing stay! The apartment is very stylish, clean and everything is well thought of. A lot of extra little things (snacks, drinking water, tea, coffee, even toothpaste and toothbrush), which made my stay very comfortable. The location is excellent - only 5-7 minute walk to Dubai Mall. I had late check in at night and early check out at night due to my flights, Lilly arranged it smoothly. She is a wonderful host! Thank you very much!

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. A great place in Doha for big family, the location is 15 mins away (driving) from all the attractions. What I liked most is the clean place and the friendly staff.

Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

Very good experience, looks exactly as described. there are five rooms and 1 maid room. living room and is very big to family party. the villa is besides a golf yard, very good view. the host is very friendly, when we arrive it's very late and she waits us for check in. It's a nice experience. if get chance to visit Dubai again, I will definitely choose this.
