Simpatico monolocale si trova nel centro del paese Suisio a pochi passi dall'antica chiesa cattolica. é molto accogliente e rilassante, equipaggiato e moderno. Apprezzerai la casa stilizzata, i colori e materiali naturali e alto livello di comfort. I letti e materassi sono molto comodi e la biancheria di cottone di ottima qualità. è comodo per chi viaggia in macchina visitando i luoghi più famosi e richiesti in questa zona come Milano, Bergamo, Lago di Como, i parchi Le Cornelle e Leolandia

The renovation of the house was completed in July 2013, all the furnishings and fixtures are new. Elevator is available Breakfast is not available . Elevator is available from the garage to the garden floor . Our neighbor is starting to build a new villa and for about 2 years we will have a crane and workers near the house

Appartamento ristrutturato nel 2022, confortevole e in un'ottima posizione. Il lago si può raggiungere in 2minuti a piedi ed è vicino sia al centro città che ai mezzi di trasporto ( treni e battelli), tutti raggiungibile in circa 15minuti a piedi. La fermata dell'autobus e' sotto casa

Small and cosy flat in a green area between mountains and lakes. excellent position to start trekking, for paragliding(close to the headquarter)and swimming in the lake. Lecco is 10 minutes by car and a bit more with bus, Como 20m. and Milano 30m. a little sweet goat and chikens
