This was the most complete place in terms of utensils. If you want to cook yourself then you have enough kitchenware, at least much more than at other places I rented. Gels, soaps are not the cheapest. Enough of towels, kitchen towels and so on. It's normal size single bedroom flat. Good size. Silent location at night. On negative side, it's a bit far from the center. Port, so you either drive or walk to a good beach. Anyway, solid 4.9 stars.

A lovely apartment with great views from the big terrace. Looks exactly like the photos. Easy check in. Helpful online guide with instructions. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Kitchen well equipped and terrace has a lovely sitting area. Great and responsive hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Larnaca. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the promenade. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a nice bonus for morning coffee or evening wine. Our host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Communication was smooth throughout.

Pathos and Marianna were amazing hosts, went over and above on many occasions. The condo was beautiful, tons of space and nicely appointed. Neighbourhood is not but not much going on about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. Other than that, it was perfect.

Ładne mieszkanie z wieloma udogodnieniami, lokalizacja bardzo dobra- kilka minut od wody, przystanku autobusowego, sklepów. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, komunikatywny i miły. Ze względu na lokalizacje jest dosyć głośno. Pobyt przebiegł nam bardzo miło i polecamy to miejsce :)

Nice and functional place on the beach. It is good for short and the long term stay. Host vas very responsive and parking place is a great plus. Main downside is that bedrooms are next to the busy road so it can be noisy at night.

Roger was very efficient with communication, the place was beautiful looked exactly like the pictures and the scenery was really pretty and cool 10/10

So good, that I worry to write about - not to loose the place for future trips because of overbooking ;) The house is new, nicely decorated, place with soul. Vasiliki helped us in every matter, she is very cordial and warm. * one of the best sleeps ever because of the bedroom climate, noise free, temperature, ventilation, * full of sublime artistry of details connecting the past and the technological amenities, * terrace so spectacular (view, floor, furniture, plants) that its hard to leave the place every day despite plans to go around, * empathic, nonintrusive presence of Vasiliki and her partner - offering support, fresh fruits from their garden, * smart advice from Vasiliki regarding reclusive beach to experience the sea.

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Много путешествуем и всегда снимаем вилы. Поэтому сравнить есть с чем. Вилла Лесли - место с душой, с которого очень неохотно уезжали. Очень уютная, на ней есть все и даже больше, что вам может пригодиться. В холодильнике были вино, яйца,сыр и фрукты чтобы сразу не бежать магазин. Вилла находиться в конце закрытого поселка, идеальное место, чтобы убежать от людей и суеты. Мы были в середине октября, людей на всей пляжной линии было штук 5. Ах да! То, что нас беспокоило при выборе виллы, соседство с аэропортом. Мы его даже не заметили. Но это очень удобно для тех, кто арендует машину. Не так долго из аэропорта мучиться с рулем не с той стороны и ездой по встречке) Маленькая сказка для жителей мегаполиса. Обязательно вернемся и будем советовать. Очень благодарим хозяйку за гостеприимство.

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

Theo was extremely helpful and proactive. The house is lovely, modern, bright and has everything you need. You can walk to the beach in around 2 mins. Great stay, would definitely return!

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

Kristians penthouse i Larnaca er intet mindre end en perle! Fra det øjeblik vi trådte ind, var det tydeligt, at han går op i både kvalitet og gæstfrihed. Lejligheden var skinnende ren, smagfuldt indrettet og kombinerede en betagende udsigt over både havet og bjergene – et perfekt sted at slappe af. Indtjekningen var ubesværet, og Kristian var en fantastisk vært, altid tilgængelig og imødekommende. Som en ekstra, gennemtænkt detalje havde han endda udarbejdet en lokal turguide fyldt med personlige anbefalinger, der gjorde det nemt at opleve de bedste steder i området. Hvis du leder efter en smuk bolig, en venlig vært og en problemfri oplevelse, så er Kristians penthouse det oplagte valg. Vi kunne ikke have ønsket os en bedre oplevelse og kommer gerne igen!

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Paula's apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. Although it was a bit chilly during our visit, the ACs helped keep us comfortable. Paula was a great host, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Great location. By the beach (literally),in a quiet area a short walk away from the majority of the bars and restaurants along the beach. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

It's a great, peaceful and clean place with a friendly and helpful host. It is well located, the beach and the town centre are in a short walking distance and there is a shop a few meters away. I recommend it!
