The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

5 min walk to beach w/ parking + private sauna

This stunning one-bedroom annexe is ideally located between Falmouth's two best beaches: Gyllyngvase Beach, just a 5-minute walk and Swanpool Beach, a 10-minute stroll. The vibrant town centre is also a 10-minute walk. Inside, you'll find beautiful beamed ceilings adding character to this idyllic retreat. For extra comfort, a cosy fireplace and private outdoor sauna await, perfect for relaxing evenings. Note: We charge an extra £20 to use the sauna during your stay. (See other details to note)

Welcome to a high standard hideaway in the tranquil heart of Maen Valley. Roam the 5 acre farmstead or simply relax in the gardens. Ideally located for Maenporth and Swanpool beaches, coastal path and vibrant Falmouth by car, cycle or foot as well as the Uni campus. The local village boasts a pub, restaurant (both dog friendly), and shop. The golf course, water sports facilities, Treba, Penjerrick and Glen Durgan gardens are all nearby. The Helford has a year round dog friendly beach and pub.

"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

Gorgeous Cornish cottage, perfect for couples or family. An 1850's beautifully quaint cottage, more spacious than the pictures show. Home from home feel, with a very comfy king sized bed. 😴Cosy woodburner (bring wood etc) The historic village is stunning with a brilliant pub and food. Centrally located to visit stunning beaches, a cycle trail to the coast and amazing walks. Bring towels. Well behaved dogs welcome with prior agreement. The Cabin enjoys beautiful farmland views with distant sea glimpses. It is located a few meters from a footpath so perfect for country walks from the doorstep. Falmouth 15 mins drive. Shops a short drive as is the stunning south coast. Heated by wall heaters in the two main rooms. If you’re a party of 3 and require the double and two singles made up please make your booking for 4 people. Spacious, self contained, one bedroom apartment. Bright and modern basement flat to an attractive Edwardian townhouse situated just minutes walk from the train station, the beach and the town itself. Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.
