Hot tub relaxing space 20 min from Niagara Falls

Enjoy a romantic getaway with your partner or friends in this calm space. Safe and quiet neighborhood, away from the noise. We prioritize relaxation, so the hot tub runs year round, flowers and champagne are available per request! We have one queen bed, a futon bed and a couch for extra sleeping space. Fully equipped kitchen and a full bath! Please do not go in the basement or upstairs (using the upstairs will adjust cost to house booking). P.S. this is not a shared space, it is totally private

Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
