We brought our new baby and 5 year old for a weekend of rock climbing adventure. Barbara’s place was so cozy and clean, just what we needed after long days outdoors. We went during Fall when the leaves were just starting to change and Barbara’s house perfectly captured the magic of the season with autumn decor throughout—even the towels and bathroom were fall themed. It felt like we were in a fairytale. Each morning our generous host greeted us with baked goods that were super tasty—so special for our 5 year old. It was a wonderful stay and I cannot wait to return. This place has everything you could hope for and I’m so grateful we found it. Thank you Barbara!

Big house with plenty of room for our group of 6. Easy access to trout fishing and the house was clean. We would stay there again.

Was a great house with lots of room and kitchen supplies and games and with a beautiful location. Kinda hard to find in the dark (better on google maps) and didn’t like the sketchy bridge (wood with iron beams) to cross the river to get to it but it was actually nicer that others around the area

Our whole group enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need and more. We found the place to be very neat and tidy. The mountain view was very nice and we could check out the fall colors. Make sure you walk the "Loop" trail on the property! The directions to the house were easy to understand and the check in was simple. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and two dogs had a great time. The house would be large enough for a large family or even two families. Plenty of wood for a fire at night, which we loved doing. Good location for different hiking spots.

Thank you for a wonderful anniversary week. And a big thanks to your son for getting us up that one hill We actually enjoyed being snowed in. The house made us feel comfortable. I enjoyed all the deer visiting. Thank you again for the sweet treat and fruit tray. We have never stayed in a place that made us feel okay to be homebodies. We both agree we will come back for another visit. Nanook enjoyed laying at the back sliding doors watching the deer. He had one curious enough to come up on the deck. Thanks for making our #31 anniversary trip so perfect.

Really great place to spend a relaxing weekend, would recommend!

The cabin was rustic and cozy , exactly what we expected. The property is beautiful and we spent a lot of time walking the grounds down to the river . We had a peaceful experience and would re book. Tashina and her husband checked in while on site to see if we had any needs . We enjoyed everything about this experience.

We had a great time hiking nearby trails and seeing waterfalls.

This rental was absolutely great! The host was super sweet and extremely flexible with checking in and out, which meet our needs! Lots to do for our kids, beautiful scenery, and very well kept. Highly recommend and would like to come back again!

This was a nice place to stay, it has a very nice view and easy access to the main road. It also had good size parking for all vehicles which we usually struggle with. We also got a quick response to a concern we had. And Even tho our trip was cut short we enjoyed our stay, we would definitely recommend staying here.

We were staying the weekend for the Maple festival and Patti’s cottage was absolutely perfect for the weekend! Soon after arriving I got a migraine and Patti was so accommodating and let us check in a few hours early so I could rest, an absolute life saver! She provided everything we could have needed and more! Definitely will be returning!

Tashina is extremely responsive, and a wonderful host. The cabin was in a great location (between several parks to visit), had everything we needed, and the hot tub was so relaxing. Loved that firewood was readily available. Tashina even let me plug in my EV to the office outlet so that I had enough charge to visit the parks. Thanks so much!

Great place to get away and recharge.

Tashina was a great host. Very responsive and friendly. The cabin was very clean and cozy. The location is a great spot to enjoy many outdoor destinations in the area. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Horsecamp. It was a Beautiful location and pet friendly which is critical to us. The farm animals were super cute and friendly. Every spice and pantry item you could think of so great for cooking. We skiied Timberline and hiked in Canaan valley during the day and both were a breeze to get to. Only about 20 min. Would absolutely stay again!

Booked this as a bday cabin trip for my wife and her friends. Had tons of space for all of us to do different things like watch tv in one room & music/games in the other living room. Very quiet and relaxing. I hope this is available next year to book as we will be back ! Loved spending the weekend in, getting that cabin experience.

Tashina's place was fantastic! We booked extremely last minute and she had no problem getting the place set up for us. It was in a beautiful location with great amenities - hot tub, fire pit, TV, and a river to fish in. There were only two downsides - one was the Internet actually worked better outside than it did inside (but we expected that with the remoteness of the place) and the beds could've been more comfortable. All in all, I'd stay again!

The cabin and the views were beautiful! The hot tub was so relaxing to sit out and look out at the Mountain View. There was plenty of space. The house was stocked with all the necessities. The driveway was tricky at first, as expected and described in the listing, but we had a blast with it. Lol. I definitely recommend!
