The apartment is located in a 1950s home that has been split into three separate apartments. Each apartment has its own private entrance and exit. No spaces are shared.

This 1-bedroom & 1- bathroom is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It’s in the heart of downtown so you may hear some traffic but it’s our most popular place! It has black out curtains, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & a dining table. There’s a restaurant/bar downstairs so you may also hear some noise during their hours of operation.. they close Tues-Thur@ 8:00pm Fri -Sat@ 9:00pm & closed on Sun. & Mon. We were having WiFi issues but thankfully that's now been resolved and works great!!

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

Stand Alone Studio Apartment

1 bedroom stand alone (no shared walls) upstairs studio. 15 minutes from Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg and close to Dunn. One queen bed. Full kitchen, full bath and full-size washer/dryer. Roku TV and wireless internet. Great stopover for travelers. Please note that Door Dash delivers but it is considered extended delivery area. Instacart also delivers. There is a well-appointed full kitchen for cooking your own meals. Please note that I do not rent to locals.

A warm welcome to our cozy 1 BR/1 BA apartment in the Pinehurst #6 community. It has a queen bed and a queen sofa bed if needed. We are close to the Village of Pinehurst and dozens of amazing Golf courses. We are less than 2 miles from First Health Moore Regional Hospital. Nearby you can enjoy shopping, dining, 4 local breweries and a winery. We also offer housekeeping for only $ 10 a day. PLEASE LET ME KNOW, when booking IF YOU NEED THE SECOND BED.
