When renting the home, you have exclusive access to the lower half of the property. This includes the garden, the fire pit, and the pool/spa. (Pool is unheated; spa is heated.) The hosts split their time between the ranch & Austin. They may be onsite in the house next door. Secluded 8 acre hill country retreat. As you drive the winding roads, you'll weave around to find a hill country oasis far away from any worries. Nestled deep in the oak trees outside Driftwood, a calm peacefulness welcomes all at Olinca Ranch. Olinca Ranch - where the sun sets to find the bright stars, with no light pollution or a neighbor in sight! Ahhh, the country sounds of whippoorwill's, crickets, and cicadas encompasses you. Take a deep breath and relax! Enjoy the 40 foot modern pool during the day and the heated spa under the moonlight. Exchange stories around the fire pit with a nice glass of red from one of the local wineries. Watch a sunset from the front porch or relax and smoke a cigar in the covered back porch with an evening Old Fashioned. Whatever you decide, you'll find serenity and depart with warm memories. Guests will have exclusive use to the pool, garden, fire pit, yard and pool toys in the barn. Park in the gravel parking lot - do NOT drive through the rock wall entrance to the garden. The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Cypress Creek Cabin is a much-loved family getaway in the heart of Wimberley. The property boasts beautiful trees, shade on the creek, and easy access to the spring fed water. A short stroll down the lane gets you to Wimberley Town Square for shopping, dining, art galleries, and the charming small-town experience that Wimberley offers. While close to it all, the location and geography provide for a peaceful and private retreat. You can't beat the location. Please note regarding Creek conditions.

Blue Cabin On The River w/ Hot Tub

Cabin with private river access and hot tub is just what you're hoping for. Master bedroom is set apart from the cabin downstairs with copper tub, open shower, king bed, flat screen TV, and private entrance. Main part of cabin has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen bed, other with bunk bed(twin & full). Also, a nice kitchen, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV, foldout couch, and tons of natural light. Private spot on the river! Market days with over 700 vendors 1st weekend of the month.

Silo -Unique One of Kind !

4 miles to main street. One of the most unique experiences in the state of Texas, the Silo represents a piece of Texas history and provides a cozy get-away retreat. Built in 1921, the structure was originally used as a 10,000-bushel peanut silo in Fredericksburg. It was moved to this location in 2008 and restoration began. The outside porch looks down over the Hill Country. The Pedernales River is part of property (which you might share with 4 other lucky families) UberEats available.

Milda’s She Shed (Cozy Cabin)

Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***
