A Private Apartment - Hannah's Haven

Hannah's Haven is a cozy 2nd floor apartment in my home. My youngest daughter, Hannah, lived here for 5 years. It was her haven, The separate entrance and off-street parking make it an attractive place for guests. In the historic Oakland neighborhood of Topeka, convenient to downtown Topeka, the Capitol, and our 3 hospitals. Nicely decorated, fully equipped for short- or long-term stays, plenty of space for one or two guests. Guests staying more than a month may ask for an additional discount.

Twin Oaks is a bright, super clean, peaceful 2BR/1BA home located in a quaint, safe neighborhood. Centrally located within a mile of Washburn University and 2 mi from Stormont Vail Events Center. Close to Gage Park, Zoo, downtown and hospitals. Great nearby dining options. Large, comfortable living room. Master bedroom includes a king bed and workspace with natural light. Dining room features a coffee bar. Kitchen fully furnished. Front porch for relaxing. One car detached garage. Max 4 guests.

Kathy's Kottage (near Legends)hot tub-fire pit

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Extra long driveway provides off street parking for 2/3 vehicles depending on size. Easy check in with keypad entry. Fully stocked kitchen allows meals at home if you get tired of dining out. Private deck with lighting is the perfect place to relax with family and friends! Free washer & dryer on site, fully stocked!

Ad Astra Place - Beautiful View of State Capitol

Located 2 blocks from the State Capitol Building and a 5 minute walk to Kansas Avenue, the main downtown street with many shopping and dining options, this apartment is roomy and comfortable. With one queen bed and a queen airbed available upon request, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in this unit. The unit has been fully renovated and is part of an 18 unit building which was built in 1904. Modern features and amenities have been added to the apartment, the building, and the grounds.

Centrally Located Cozy Villa

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a unique quiet/private country stay. The lodging is a cowboy bunkhouse with "down-home comfort" casual country setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious". This is not a "Disney" experience... frankly the farm "stay" isn't for everyone! Occupancy limited to online reservation. Be sure to review Kansas Laws for alcohol age use or illegal drugs list. No firearms are allowed on the Heartland Ranch property.

Entire abode to yourself! Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath. Off street, covered parking. Roku is available on the TV, for you to log in to your preferred choice of viewing pleasure. Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.

Historic Farmhouse ~ NOTO District ~ King Bed

Around the corner from the Historic NOTO District, is a refuge to unwind, with a nice blend of modern amenities with a respectful nod to its heritage. Though only a couple minutes from restaurants, businesses, shopping you feel like you are in the country. You are on almost 2 acres of land surrounded with mature trees, make yourself at home and enjoy the room to roam. Plenty of parking for multiple cars/trucks for work crews! Easy in and out.

Escape to our cabin which earned top-rated Airbnb in all of Kansas for a cozy, quiet getaway. Ideal for unwinding and rejuvenating after the demands of a hectic day.
