Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa vacanza ad Arpaise! Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità dal signor Giovanni, una persona davvero straordinaria, sempre attenta e premurosa. La casa è molto grande, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort per garantire un'esperienza rilassante. Il giardino è semplicemente stupendo: un angolo di pace in fiore, ricco di margherite e tanti altri splendidi fiori che rendono l'atmosfera magica e rigenerante. Un soggiorno perfetto, all'insegna del relax e della bellezza della natura! Grazie di cuore al signor Giovanni per la sua straordinaria ospitalità. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Valentina, Francesco e il piccolo Gennaro.

We had a great time at the property. Shloka was incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to explain everything about the area. The house was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Binnen en buiten een onvoorstelbaar mooi huis. We zijn verwende reizigers, maar waren volkomen onder de indruk. Alles was er, schoon, voldoende, goede bedden, lekkere banken, topkeuken, lekker zwembad. Helemaal prive gelegen. Mooie kunst en andere spullen. De mensen van Novasol die ons binnen lieten waren zo vriendelijk. En Rosalia was zo behulpzaam. Echt alles boven verwachting!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

Прекрасный дом в спокойном безопасном месте. Очень чисто и уютно. Хозяин сразу же решает любые проблемы, очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Самая главная фишка дома - отличный камин, который придает вечерам приятную атмосферу. Хозяин делает все, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Если бы было лето, то можно плавать в бассейне, но мы прибыли в октябре. Чтобы провести приятное время в тихом, уютном месте - это один из лучших вариантов для выбора. Спасибо Марио, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым!

A fantastic get away right next to the park of Vesuvius. The communication was excellent with pick ups and drop offs arranged for us. The house had everything you could need. Train station is close by with good links to Naples (1hr). Would highly recommend.

El lugar es sencillamente maravilloso, muy cómodo realmente y con un entorno de ensueño. Los anfitriones son uno más amable que el otro, todos primos según nos contaban, siempre atentos y listos para solucionar cualquier consulta, en estos 6 días que estuvimos alojados la pasamos demasiado bien aunque en esta época del año el tiempo no acompaña. En síntesis, altamente recomendable, no dejen de visitar y recomendar esta excelente propiedad, felicidad y éxitos con este maravilloso emprendimiento, la próxima vez nos vamos a quedar más tiempo, ya que bien lo vale.

Luca’s apartment was excellent it had everything we needed and was very clean. There was no problem with parking, which made things even easier. Luca, the host, was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. He responded instantly to any question and was always kind and professional. The location is very convenient for exploring Naples and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Pako e Laura foram ótimos anfitriões, permitiram que deixassemos as malas antes do horário de check-in. A casa estava extremamente limpa e organizada e deixaram o café da manhã disponível. A casa fica bem próxima a estação central de trem de Nápoles e é possível fazer muitas coisas a pé.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. It was our first time visiting and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and the location was fantastic with a local bakery just one minute walk away. We loved our time in Naples, the people and the food!

The host was lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Francesco allowed us to drop our things off early while they do maintenance checks as we landed early and later allowed check in a bit early. He even helped us with a reliable driver for back to airport drop off. The air BnB was clean and cozy, the reviews about noises were right but we personally didn’t have a problem with it as by the end of the day we were so tired + as female travellers it felt safer to be in a area that has people around. Theres also a COOP right next to it so easy for any essential shopping or even snacks. The train station is about 10 minutes walk and has the perfect connection to other areas. The airport was about 10 minutes drive away too. Overall we have no complaints and will definitely recommend to others (: once again, thank you Francesco for all you did 💗

Die beste Airbnb Erfahrung die ich bis anhin hatte. Paolo ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Setzt sich in Verbindung und kommuniziert klar. Das Appartment war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Sehr sauber, hat sämtliche Utensilien, gut gelegen etc. Zusätzlich hat uns Paolo Tipps zum Essen gegeben und sämtliche Fragen beantwortet. Wirklich top! Ich komme zu 100% wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Neapel bin. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Ho usufruito di due appartamenti di Caterina, che sono in una zona tranquilla, controllati da un guardiano, vicini alla stazione della metropolitana e muniti di un comodissimo parcheggio. Che cosa desiderare di più?

Very nice, authentic apartment – exactly as described and spotlessly clean. A number of interesting places can be reached within just a 30-minute to one-hour drive from the apartment. Despite this central location, the area is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and offers convenient parking. There are several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Pina is a very welcoming and responsive host. We didn’t miss anything during our stay – and to our delight, we were also treated to Pina’s pie upon arrival, which I had read about in a previous review. It was delicious – perhaps we can get the recipe! :-) I can definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Naples and the surrounding area.

Abbiamo trascorso un favoloso weekend a casa di Ilaria e suo marito Ivano. Entrambi sono stati dei perfetti host, estremamente disponibili ed amichevoli. La casa in fattoria è veramente stupenda, curata nei dettagli e con uno splendido panorama sulle colline circostanti. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stato lo spazio esterno ed il contatto con la natura, Ilaria e Ivano ci hanno offerto ciliegie, limoni ed arance dei loro alberi, le uova delle loro galline ed il vino naturale da loro prodotto. Non è stato un semplice soggiorno ma un'esperienza autentica, non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!

Appartamento ampio e dotato di ogni comfort, con due bagni che garantiscono il massimo della comodità. La pulizia è impeccabile, e l’ambiente è stato fin da subito accogliente, facendoci sentire come a casa. La posizione è strategica: a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal cuore pulsante della città, ideale per esplorare le meraviglie di Napoli, ma abbastanza lontana dal caos per godere di momenti di pace e relax. E poi c’è Francesco, l’host, che è davvero il fiore all’occhiello di questa esperienza. Sempre disponibile, caloroso e pieno di entusiasmo, non si è risparmiato nel darci consigli preziosi su dove mangiare, cosa visitare e come muoverci in città. È stato persino pronto ad aiutarci a prenotare un taxi in una situazione complicata, dimostrando una cura e una gentilezza rare. Se cercate un soggiorno autentico, confortevole e senza pensieri, non potreste trovare di meglio. Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia vivere la vera Napoli!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Neapel! Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt und wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Umliegend findet man viele sehr nette Restaurants und Cafes. Die Kommunikation verlief in Englisch zur besten Zufriedenheit. Ceck inn und ckeck out gestaltete sich problemlos. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber, die Nachbarschaft sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Il silenzio del paese di sera è una coccola per chi scappa dalla vita movimentata di città. Visitare alcune gemme del Molise è stata un'esperienza bellissima e l'alloggio di Roberta ne è parte.

un petit logement idéal pour découvrir le Matese et ses paysages. L'appartement est situé dans une petite ruelle typique. Il faut laisser la voiture dans la rue principale, mais ce n'est pas trop loin. la vue est magnifique depuis les fenêtres. C'est parfait pour partir vers le lac de matese

Sve preporuke za ovaj smjestaj za one koji vole privatnost, mir, malo dalje od gradske buke, a ipak dobro uvezano za obilaske Napoli, Pompei, Caserta... Malo neobicno na dolasku ali imate svoj sprat sa ogromnom terasom, svaka soba ima kupatilo sa svim potrepstinama, masinu za ves, sto je plus. Dodatno u kuhinji imate doslovno sve sto vam je potrebno. Nadia je dala super preporuke, pocastila nas je voćem limun i narandza, mazalice za dorucak...cak smo dobili i poklon na odlasku. Proveli smo nekoliko zaista prelijepih dana i rado bi se opet vratili
