I would say it was the best accomodation in Senj for the price and location you get. The apartment was giant and super clean and new!

Saubere Unterkunft mit privatem Parkplatz und eigener Terrasse in Novalja. Wenige Schritte zum Strand. Der Check in war sehr einfach durch hinterlegtem Schlüssel in einer Box. In fussläufiger Nähe ist eine Bäckerei und ein schöner Hundestrand; das Zentrum ist ebenfalls etwa 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Für einen Strandurlaub ist die Wohnung toll; wenn man sich jedoch mehr von Kroatien ansehen möchte, sollte man berücksichtigen, dass die Distanzen schon länger sind, so erreicht man z.B. Split und Šibenik etwa in 2,5 Std; Zadar in 1,5 Std mit dem Auto oder der NP Plitvicer Seen in 2,5 Std. Novalja oder die Stadt Pag an sich sind sehr touristisch geprägt und Mitte September ist schon deutlich weniger geöffnet. Insgesamt hat dies nichts mit der Ferienwohnung zu tun, sollte jedoch bei der Urlaubsplanung berücksichtigt werden. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.

We had a great stay at Lara’s house. House is nice and cozy and it is even better than in photos. We really like the location and surroundings. There was a lot of snow when we were there and there is a great spot for sledding in backyard. We had so much fun and I would recommend Lara’s house to everyone.

As soon as we booked the house for us, also contacted the owner via message. We got a prompt reply with all the details we inquired about. Of course, we knew what we wanted to know regarding the kitchen, the grill, the boat, etc. Also they were very helpful during our stay, all the details we could sort out via message / photos / etc. We absolutely loved the place, relaxing and ideally located fro families. To use the boat we got vests for the kids, and of course we went for a "ride"! On the beautiful river, we went with kids....soooo amazing!! We had already experience, but the river is not that fast, so 2 adult was enough to come and go :) I would suggest to fix the missing sitting bench in the boat, but kids could sit down inside the boat, so problem solved. Thank you for having us in your house, we definitely suggest to other friends and to anyone if you fancy a place like this . .

Such a beautiful rental in a peaceful location. The yard is filled with fruit trees which my kids loved picking their daily fruits. The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning and while we had difficulty starting the jaccuzi, Bojan’s daughter came to our rescue and she was absolutely kind and pleasant to talk to. The rental is exactly as shown in the pictures/listed in the description. You definitely need a car to get there, it’s about a 7 minutes drive frim the shops/restaurants. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Wir haben 10 Nächte im schönen Örtchen Mandre in der herausragenden Unterkunft "Clear Water Apartment" verbracht und waren total zufrieden. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Joanna und ihr Mann sind die perfekten Gastgeber! Immer Hilfsbereit, total herzlich, jederzeit zu erreichen aber niemals aufdringlich. Die Apartments sind Neu, sehr modern, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt ist vorhanden. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Ein wirklich großer Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer ist perfekt um die Abende in Ruhe ausklingen zu lassen und zu entspannen. Ein kurzer Fußweg und man ist direkt am Stand mit glasklaren Wasser und schönen Liegeflächen. Auch der Bäcker, Supermarkt, Eisdiele und sämtliche Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Krásné čisté ubytování na okraji malé vesničky. Naprosté soukromí a klid. K dispozici bazén s výhledem na moře. Malá pláž pod apartmánem, kde jsme měli klid a soukromí. Moc se nám ubytování líbilo a mohu ho jen doporučit!
