Parme : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Heerlijk tot rust gekomen in het huisje van Debora. Na wat zoekwerk om het huisje te vinden werden we súper vriendelijk ontvangen door haar ontvangen. De rust en het uitzicht is heerlijk! Het enige wat na een week ons (stadse jongens) begon te vervelen is het 20 minuten rijden om bij de supermarkt te komen. Maar daar krijg je wel veel mooie uitzichten en natuur voor terug. Verder helpt Debora graag bij problemen en heeft ze super leuke tips over verborgen pareltjes in de buurt. Debora Bedankt!

Un soggiorno a dir poco magnifico! Perfetto per chi ha bisogno di staccare dalla routine, ama la natura e le passeggiate! Assolutamente consigliato.

Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Cudowne miejsce, czysty basen i balia przygotowane do użytku, drewno, rozpałka wszystko było, jest pralka, suszarka i wszelkie potrzebne rzeczy aby poczuć się jak w domu. Zdecydowanie polecam

Host disponibili e gentili, molto accoglienti e, nonostante abitino di fianco, mai invadenti. La casa è stupenda, l’esterno ancora di più. Piscina molto bella. Barbecue grande che ci ha permesso di grigliare insieme tante cose. Spazi interni molto grandi, cucina attrezzata con tutto, i bagni riservati per quasi ogni camera sono un dettaglio non da poco. Unica pecca sono le difficoltà di connessione con la rete Wi-Fi, ma di cui si può anche fare a meno in un posto così.

Das Haus, die Gegend und natürlich Claudio sind wunderbar, Alles war sehr sauber , die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Claudio hat uns mit vielen Leckereien überrascht, Obst, Naschereien und verschiedene Getränke waren schon im Kühlschrank, das findet man sehr selten bei den allermeisten Gastgebern. Das kleine Dorf ist sehr hübsch und die Menschen und Hunde sehr freundlich, die Wanderungen im Wald und danach ein Bad im Fluss hat uns sehr gut getan, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft

Alessandra is the perfect hoste and makes you feel at home immediately. The place is absolutely stunning with a beautiful pool. Rooms are big and comfortable and decorated with clocks, audio speakers etc from earlier times which gave the space something special. And not to forget the homemade pasta or beer that they serve! Certainly a place to visit when you are in the neighboorhood!

L'appartamento dista a pochi minuti dalla stazione, davvero molto comodo! si tratta di un locale molto spazioso e anche molto bello, ci siamo sentite a casa! Luca super disponibile e gentile, grazie :))

Giulia e la sua mamma sono due persone splendide. Ci hanno accolto fin dal primo momento con cordialità ed estrema disponibilità presentandoci un alloggio spazioso, pulito e comodo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Hanno accolto con amore anche la nostra cagnolona che ci accompagna sempre, e questa cosa è apprezzabilissima in quanto purtroppo non tutti gli host sono disponibili a fare. Esperienza più che positiva per cui il nostro ritorno da loro è scontato.

La casa di Simonetta è davvero bellissima, una piccola bomboniera nel cuore di Parma. Tutto è perfetto per vivere un soggiorno in totale relax, godendo appieno le bellezze di questa splendida città. Il centro storico con i suoi bellissimi monumenti è a pochi passi dalla casa e tutto è raggiungibile velocemente. Simonetta è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili per rendere ancora più speciale il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!!!

Ho trascorso un paio di giorni in una torre medievale che sembra uscita da un sogno antico, o forse da un’altra vita. Nessuna luce elettrica, nessun riscaldamento: solo pietra, legno, silenzio e il tempo che rallenta. È un’esperienza che chiede di spogliarsi del superfluo, di tornare a sentire il proprio respiro, il vento tra le fessure, la voce del fuoco. Ogni angolo di questa torre parla di storie passate, ma non è un museo: è viva, ti accoglie con la sua ruvida autenticità e ti costringe a guardarti dentro. Nessuna distrazione, solo l’essenziale. È un luogo perfetto per chi ha bisogno di staccare davvero e ritrovare un contatto profondo con sé stesso. Se senti il richiamo, sai già che devi andarci.

Un tuffo nel passato nella dimora di Marco, casa deliziosa ben arredata con gusto retrò, ampio giardino e posizione super! Marco molto disponibile e sempre attento a rispettare le richieste! Ve lo consiglio

Che weekend rigenerante! Matteo e sua moglie ci hanno coccolati fin dal primo momento, accogliendoci con simpatia nel loro incantevole spazio e deliziandoci con prelibatezze per colazione e con una cena speciale nel loro bistrot - una menzione speciale per il monsieur tortellino, che goduria! L’appartamento, arredato con gusto e cura per i dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort, è immerso in un contesto idilliaco ed è una base perfetta per percorrere sentieri nel parco ed esplorare la zona. Il podere, punteggiato da ciliegi, offre uno scorcio da cartolina sui sassi di Roccamalatina e il giardino è il luogo ideale per fermarsi a leggere un libro, gustare un calice di vino o fare due chiacchiere. Che dire… siamo appena rientrati a casa e già non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

O espaço é bastante acolhedor, o que me fez sentir em casa. A temperatura ambiente esteve sempre ótima, o que facilita também o teletrabalho. A localização é excelente, está pertissimo do centro e ainda assim, é uma zona bastante tranquila. Por fim, a Francesca é uma excelente anfitriã, super atenciosa, disponível e simpática.

Enrico ci ha accolte al nostro arrivo con calore e simpatia, nonostante fosse un giorno festivo! Ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su come ottimizzare i nostri tre giorni. Casa sua e’ davvero accogliente e arredata con gusto! Non manca nulla, anche per un brevissimo soggiorno come il nostro!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .La maison de Tim est très bien placée pour découvrir cette région. La maison est spacieuse, très agréable avec son vaste séjour très clair et ce logement est très propre. Le jardin est magnifique , bien entretenu et offre une vue féerique sur l environnement. Tim et sa mère sont discret. Tim est toujours disponible, souriant, vraiment au petit soin pour ses locataires. et de bons conseils Nous retenons cette adresse. Merci beaucoup à Tim .

Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön um den Alltagsstress zu entkommen und durchatmen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Tieren bekommt man in der Unterkunft selbst nichts mit, nur wenn man sich draußen aufhält. Ein ganz besonders tolles Flair!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit im Casa Teresa! Silvia war eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer freundlich und gut erreichbar. Das Essen im Restaurant (Casa Turchetti) war wirklich sehr lecker und preiswert. Der Pool mit samt der Aussicht ist traumhaft schön. Das Appartment war wie beschrieben; die private Terasse und Garten laden zum Genießen von langen Sommerabenden ein. Wenn man einen Urlaub in ruhiger Atmosphäre sucht, ist man hier genau richtig!

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰
