The Guest suite is part of the main house with its own private entrance and private outdoor seating area.

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Centrally located for everything that the Gold Coast has to offer, this is a newly-renovated, luxury self-contained unit that promotes a fresh, holiday feel. Situated in a cul-de-sac on the ground floor of our house, this unit has a separate side entrance, wi-fi, secure carport and cute garden courtyard to have your sunset drinks or morning coffee. A great place to retreat and still be so close to all the Gold Coast attractions. Please note, that as the property owners, we live above this unit.

Short 3 minute drive or around 15 minute walk to MovieWorld, Top Golf, McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, eateries etc. 10min drive to Dreamworld, 20 mins to Surfers Paradise & Mt. Tamborine. Set on over 1 acre of land the area is private yet attached to the main residence of host, you have your own front door & parking spot. The en-suite bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

Our private guest suite in Highland Park is tucked away in a peaceful, secure estate with serene garden views and tropical wildlife. It features a private entrance, queen bed, Smart TV, A/C, walk-in wardrobe, deck area and own car park in front of the unit. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & more. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Guests have use of our shared pool.
