Cozy spot in quiet, small town Albany above a lively corner cafe. We stayed here for a month during the holidays to visit nearby family and enjoyed our stay. Gregg has added a ton of thoughtful touches (decor, comfy blankets/pillows, plenty of seating) that make for a nice area to hangout, large beds in both bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The apartment is on the second floor above a cafe at an intersection so there is some neighborly noise but it’s great for a coffee lovers waking up to the smell of freshly roasted and steps from the cafe. Gregg is extremely responsive and friendly for any/all requests and messages. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area and would recommend if you’re looking for a nice two bedroom stay near Athens

Fun decor, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and smelled so clean and fresh. Host cares about details: snacks, bottled water, toiletries, coffee and delicious pasties. She made checkout so easy and didn’t expect you to strip the bed, take out the trash, or whatever other silly things people expect sometimes. Simply turn off lights and put key back! Thank you for that 😊 I’ve had some stressful checkouts in the past.

We have stayed in Mill House B many times. This is our first time in Mill House A and C. We loved both!!! large updated kitchens and bathrooms...very comfy beds and easy access to the OU campus. We will be back!

Great place to stay in the area, because we didn't have to drive so far to visit friends (i.e., Athens). We were right across the river from them in New Haven and this was a perfect spot. Kevin recommended a great coffee shop and this was super walkable. We will be staying here again!

I reached out to Dean with a few questions prior to booking, and he was kind, helpful and responsive from the get go. He offered flexible check in and out times, offered tons of local recommendations and thoughtfully answered our many questions. He was so easy to communicate with, friendly and quick to hear back from. In our opinion, the photos of this listing do NOT do the property justice! It is such a unique spot, perched in a cozy nook in the woods, but easily accessible to Athens and other communities. It is surrounded by greenery and brush. Super private and peaceful. The interior is well appointed, clean and felt like home. We explored the woods behind the property and found an old structure that appeared to have many years in between its once function and beauty. Dean was able to share a very cool backstory. You’ll have to book your stay to find out!

Toni is a wonderful host and the house was perfect for our weekend in Marietta. The fenced backyard was a bonus for kids and the dog and the kitchen is well supplied. We enjoyed walking across the street for dinner on the river and the young grandchildren enjoyed watching for barges going up and down the Ohio. We never had an issue finding on-street parking on the side street - there is no dedicated driveway. Anyone with mobility issues would find this location challenging but for us it was just fine. Fond memories of Easter egg hunt outside and due to chilly weather, inside as well.

Beautiful spot located just outside of Athens. Placed was perfect for a weekend gathering. The hot tub was a welcome treat and we also took advantage of the grill and fire pit. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Beautiful home! Tastefully decorated. Comfortable and cozy! Well equipped kitchen, with several small appliances. We felt right at home immediately. Beautiful neighborhood. Brandon was an excellent host.

Bryan was an amazing host, his property was truly 1 of 1, amazing backyard and perfect home to bring your family even closer! on a quiet street and close proximity to the great nightlife Athens offers. Check in and check out was seamless and Bryan makes himself readily available if there’s anything his guests might need. Highly recommend this property for small groups. 10/10 experience. -Devone

Ashtok was a great host and the accommodations were great for the price. It was nice to have an attached garage for parking. I will stay again when I need a place walkable to downtown and the OU campus!

The deck view of the river with the town of Marietta in the background was so relaxing to share a glass of wine with my wife. We were able to walk to nearby breakfast restaurants each day and frequent lunch/dinner restaurants nearby. The history and ambiance of the house was very interesting and this was a fabulous place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay! Best Airbnb I've used in the four years we've been visiting our OU daughter there. The decor is so nice - looks like it's right out of HGTV. Kay provided all sorts of little touches that no other Airbnb has done - a bottle of real coffee cream in the fridge, a stick of butter, wrapped toothbrushes and paste, Q-tips, etc - you name it Kay had it! Everything in the place is labeled with instructions. The location is an easy downhill walk to Court St. The backyard deck is really nice. We sat out there a few times since the weather was so warm. It's also really quiet, has a nice covered carport to park and was just a great use of space. King sized bed was a huge bonus. Highly recommend. Wished I'd found it sooner.
