Friendly host. Food was prepared on time and it was delicious. Surroundings are serene. Swimming pool was clean. It is a must visit place.

Right from asking general queries to understanding how to choose the right mode of transportation since we were coming from a far location - the host Mr. Vijay communicated with us clearly. He was proactive and always enquired whether we were able to board the right mode of transportation. Coming to the estate stay - the moment you enter the place you will be greeted with friendly furry friends and see many plantations all around the place. Mr Vijay went above & beyond in enquiring what all he needed to provide us to make us feel at home. I am not sure how many hosts actually go the extra mile. Right from planning the itinerary to cooking the local cuisine specially the pizza, chicken curry, pork curry which were so delicious - everything was spot on. He recommended restaurants for all the lunches that we took outside during sightseeing and always enquired if we enjoyed the food & the cab services. We will definitely visit again.

When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming heritage property hosted by the warm and welcoming Sahil and Sobha. Their hospitality was exceptional, and the highlight was undoubtedly the delicious home-cooked meals they prepared with love. The hosts, both talented artists, have beautifully infused their creative essence into the house, making it a true reflection of their personalities. Situated next to serene backwaters, the property offers breathtaking views of the sunrise in the morning—a perfect start to the day. Adding to the charm is a swimming pool on the premises, surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees, vibrant plants, and a picturesque fountain. The heritage elements in the décor were captivating, making the stay an unforgettable blend of tradition, art, and nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and authentic experiences.

Kalpa’s home is pure bliss. Located in a peaceful and tranquil surrounding, with a view of nature - trees, coffee plantation and huge fields - the stay was perfect for us - absolutely what we wanted! The home will give you sense of legacy - passed on from generations - every piece of furniture is well thought and placed with love. The home had a very nice porch - with easy chairs- nice paintings and a view of the vast space in front of the house ( Nature at its best!). The home has a pretty terrace - with a carrom board , enough seating and a cute swing. Kalpa welcomed us to her home and just made the experience so smooth - She made us food - veg & non veg both - all cooked with utmost love - the food was just sumptuous! I had taken my family- and they just loved the hospitality. They also have a coffee plantation - whoever visits - You should definitely take a walk in the morning and experience mother nature at its best! Thank you Kalpa! Note : Must visit!

Amazing host, beautiful & well maintained property, great play to stay with family!! Pros: 1. 5bhk villa, can easily accommodate a large family 2. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking 3. Large dining table, the entire family can dine together 4. Large courtyard, ample parking space 5. Badminton court was lot of fun 6. Two living rooms and balcony, good place for bonding and spending time with family/ friends 7. Kids loved the bathtub We would love to come back, highly recommend the property to fellow travelers !!

This place is peaceful and beautiful. If you are looking to spend sometime with nature, this is the place. I went there with my husband and my toddler. We spend such good time in the garden. Had a quiet quality time with my family. The house was well organised with all necessities including kitchen accessories. Washrooms were clean, bedrooms had sufficient light and the garden was beautiful. Will visit again :) Thanks a lot to Ayoob and Ahmed for being so approachable and helpful.

Everything matched the description and it was lovely to be there.The only thing the bothered us a bit were the cats though cute the didn’t let us have our food outdoors although some would love that. So all in all it was a great place would definitely recommend
