Appartement à l'étage entièrement meublé avec une belle vue, un balcon spacieux et à l'intérieur il y a beaucoup d'espace dans un intérieur propre. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit double (160x200) avec douche et WC privés. La maison est équipée de toutes les commodités telles que wifi etc. Inclus dans le prix : électricité 20 KWH/jour (environ 8 heures de climatisation et utilisation normale d'autres équipements). Les frais de consommation supplémentaire d'électricité sont de 0,30 Euro/KWH.

Luxury city centre stay in colonial style building

Welcome and enjoy your stay in this beautiful very spacious apartment with herringbone hard wood floor in this colonial style building. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful view of my neighbours tropical garden. On the south side of the property you will see a pack of large green parrots at the top of the trees every morning around 6-7 am before they migrate to another area of the city. You may spot the occasional green leguana in the trees in the back.

U zal zich gelijk welkom voelen in ons prive appartementencomplex, we zijn goed gelegen vlakbij de uitgaansbuurt en het oude stadscentrum. Het hele erf is ommuurd en u krijgt een afstandsbediening van de poort. Veiligheid voor alles. Er is ook veel parkeerplek.
