We went 4 people off season for a few days and this place was great for our needs. Not in a crowded area, walkable distance to the beach, very clean, modern, with all you need inside. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. Recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Eleni’s place, the outside garden is nice, peaceful and full of shade. We felt welcomed and had a really great time! Eleni and the family are warm and kind and we recommend the place for anyone looking for a quiet vacation near the beach. The nearby beach is beautiful and not packed with people and the town centre is very close by. We were travelling with a child and found everything we needed. Thank you Eleni!!🙏🏻

George and Stela are superhosts! They were caring, warm welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We felt as if we were at home. The place is right next to the beach with amazing sea views. Every morning we were enjoying the beautiful sunrise with a warm cup of coffee and had a great start into the day to enjoy the sea and make sweet memories to warm us up during the cold days. The beach in front of the house is awesome with nice sand and crystal water with a lot of fish. Perfect for swimming, paddle board and canoes. Thank you, dear hosts, for having us and for taking care of our top vacation! We would definitely be coming back!

Ev şimdiye kadar kiraladiğım en temiz ve düzenli airbnb evi idi. Bir rozet hakediyor. Bu küçük ve yeni daire bulundugu yerleşke içerisinde en iyi konuma sahip daire idi. Havuza bir adım olmasına rağmen havuza girenler olduğunda yeterli mahremiyet sağlıyordu. Ev sahipleri giriş ve çıkısta bize gerekli olan esnekliği sağladılar. Her ne kadar ihtiyaç duymasak da herhangi bir sorunumuzda orada olduklarını hissettirdiler. Evin konumu hem hareketli ofrinia sahiline çok yakın hem de sessiz, sakin zaman geçirmek için gerekli özelliklere sahipti. Uzun ya da kısa konaklamalar için evde her türlü donanım bulunmakta idi. Evin konumu hem ana yola hem kumsala hem restoranlara hem de yerel ve zincir marketlere yürüme mesafeainde idi Girişte ihtiyaç olmamasına rağmen evsahipleri bizi karşıladı ve herşeyin yolunda olduğundan emin olmak istedi. Ev sahibi ile ingilizce rahat bir şekilde iletişim kurduk. Tekrar kalmayı düşünebileceğim ve kalmayı düşünenlere önerebileceğim bir yer. Çok teşekkür ederim.

The owners are great, really hospitable and helpful. The house has great panoramic view over the sea and garden full with flowers and treas. It was clean, functional and equipped with all kitchen necessities. Large veranda, great for lunch or dinner outside. Peaceful place, walking distance from a great public beach with crystal clear water. There plenty of other small and large beaches and several good restaurants in close proximity, while Nea Paramos is just 6 km away.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Georgia, sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war wie beschrieben und sie hat sogar noch ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl für uns besorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😊

The location looks exactly like in the pictures – very close to the beach, the promenade, and a supermarket. The furniture in the house is new and clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. We visited Greece in April, when it was a bit chilly, and the heating system wasn’t set up to warm the house, but during the warmer season, the air conditioning will definitely cool the place very well. The accommodation is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 1 or 2 children.

Ons verblijf in het huis van Anna was geweldig fijn. Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op zee. Rustige omgeving; want kleine groep huizen, 28 stuks. Niet allemaal continu bewoond. Winkels en restaurants op 20 kilometer afstand. Zowel naar rechts als naar links mogelijk over de rustige provinciale weg. Het huis is comfortabel met horren tegen de kleine vliegjes. En heeft verschillende zitjes binnen en buiten. Alleen de trap vond ik een beetje lastig soms; een leuning zou wel handig zijn. Anna spreekt Grieks maar dat vertaalt prima via de airbnb-berichten. Compagnon Sophia spreekt engels en vertaalde bij aankomst. Zij woont vlakbij en is altijd bereikbaar. Maar wij hadden geen problemen, gewoon een heerlijke vakantie; gelukkig hebben we de foto's nog.

Je suis très content du logement où mon épouse et moi sommes restés 2 jours. Il est très grand et dispose d'un parking pour plusieurs voitures. Le logement est situé à Polystylo, petit village situé à quelques kilomètres du site antique de Philippi et du baptistère de sainte Lydie voisin que nous avons visités. La communication avec Elena a toujours été rapide. En plus, la mère d'Elena nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivée. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Voyageurs de France . 74 et 67 ans.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Nea Peramos und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet – freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Bedarf wurde schnell geholfen.Insgesamt eine erstklassige Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. Top Location, top Ferienwohnung, und ein toller Kontakt – einfach perfekt!"

Very good description of housing. No surprise when arriving. Vasilis was helpful throughout my stay and always answered quickly. Close to supermarket but if one wants to go to the center of iraklitsa one needs to be able to walk for 25min or have a car. No air condition in house but overall quite cool. Fully equipped kitchen. Would def stay here again but with car ☺️

Lovely place. Dora is amazing host, she responded very, very quickly and supported us when we have a problem. (not with the place). Very clear room and bathroom. You can park outside with no problem and free. The beach and the center (tavern, souvenirs etc) are in max 5 minutes away. Great and big supermarket in one minute.

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Wir fühlten uns dort wie zu Hause; eine wunderbare Veranda + Garten mit Olivenbäumen, an der eine Hängematte zum entspannen einlud, haben uns sehr gefallen. Der kurze Weg in Richtung belebter Promenade einerseits, und nur ca. 150 Meter bis zum Strand andererseits, machten es zu einem schönen Aufenthalt für uns. Lielen Dank Τάνια! ✨❤️✨
